confiscated in the raid. they laid out thousands of items. except for the tents that are being kept. they retrieved 10 truck loads of items, including a library. >> there was a special team aligned to library. that's all on the trucks. books, signs. >> the yard will be open tomorrow and friday. san francisco city officials say the raid came after talks with the protesters broke down. >> been patient with the use and misuse of justin herman plaza. >> the city tried to get the camp to move to a site in the mission district but the negotiations failed. officials say the cost of the occupation is close to $1 million for policing and clean cleanup. it will cost $50,000 more to

replace grass and replace a court there. a former technician pleaded not guilty to charges that she stole cocaine as evidence. the investigation led to the dismissal of hundreds of cases in san francisco. she retired after 29 years. she was never charged in state court. 9 inmates injured at the new folsom prison. they suffered gun shot wounds, stab 1. they were taken to local hospitals and some employees suffered injuries. 50 inmates were involved. new folsom prison is next to the older state prison. a 3rd suspect in a casino shoot out that left a hells angels leader dead is back in reno tonight. gary rudnick was the vice

in july of 2012. the union says the agreement will save $25 million. two healthcare systems paid to settle claims. sutter health paid 1.4 million to the united states. catholic healthcare paid 8- $75,000. they found they improperly billed more than once for the same services. the company wants to move to will road and constitution drive. a new study by facebook shows the move would bring in 2400 semperary construction jobs and $366 million would be pumped into the country. the relocation would benefit lodging, generating $2 million a year. inside the major changes aimed at making this road

s . continuing live coverage of the occupy protest. you are looking at a live picture of justin herman plaza. at least one tent and dozens of people. they are back in the same spot that police cleared out early this morning, around 1:00 a.m. protesters plan to retake justin herman plaza. outside of this view our crews tell us there is a number of police. police officers are in the

area. they don't appear to be interacting with the protesters right now but the city said there will be no camping at justin herman plaza. they made it clear they plan to retake the plaza after it was cleared out this morning. there have been 85 arrests. at of this point they have been gathering on market street. we have cruise on the scene monitoring what is happening. all six suspects accused of killing a teen pleaded guilty today. martin navarro was killed in august. 5 of the suspects pleaded not guilty to murder charges. a 6th pleaded not guilty to being an accessory. >> the famy of a boy shot in the head in west oakland is

plead with doctors to keep the boy on life support. hiram lawrence was caught in a spray of bullets tonight. today the family asked the doctors to postpone time. >> he made it out of surgery and now they are saying he won't make it but he is showing progress. >> police arrested a 6th person of interest on unrelated charges. plans are moving forward for a new police substation in san francisco. they approved leasing space at 6 6th and market streets for the station. it will help make the area feel safer. the city tells us the $500,000 cost of the project depends on a ruling regarding redevelopment agency funding.

back live to san francisco at justin herman plaza. we know right now one tent is back up there in the plaza. as we reported here on ktvu channel 2 news at 6:00, "occupy san francisco" was rated around 1:00 a.m. this morning. 100 people were arrested. you can see maybe -- we saw couple minutes ago, san francisco police standing by saying they won't allow anyone to pitch a tents but as we see tent is up and possibly a second
