>> months of serving has failed to turn up 2900 patient primings files at a rite aid pharmacy in vallejo. the pharmacy underwent renovations this summer and when workers moved back in the paper documents were missing. a search of nearby rite aids as well as the company data center failed to turn up the records. none of the records contained social security numbers or credit card information. staff say they have been using electronic records to fill patient orders. buy a meal, get a free toy

is the strategy for some fast food restaurants but some bay area counties pushing for health y meals have been working -- healthy meals have been working to slam the door on that tactic. maureen has new information tonight. >> reporter: mike, the new information comes out of this study released today on santa clara county's fast food toy ban has not improved the nutritional quality of meals but some restaurants are now promoting healthy options. off camden avenue, several fast food restaurants last year were forced to take children's toys off the menu unless they offered healthy options. healthier options. >> some restaurants got rid of the toys. they changed the way they marketed and distributed the toys. they got rid of some of the posters. >> reporter: san francisco enacted a similar measure last year. yet restaurants there have found a way to still provide the toys by selling them for 10 cents which would not be allowed in santa clara county. >> i think the ultimate goal is

nonetheless you are not supposed to have wood burning activities tonight or tomorrow night. clouds and sun and cooler as we head to the bay area weekend. dry, dry, dry. we talked about it last night. napa starts off cold, 28 degrees overnight. the valley, the cold air really settles in there. daytime high tomorrow in napa, upper 50s. maybe a low 60s in the outlying areas. hazy sunshine around 3:00 and temperatures about 58. how is the rain doing? check at the bottom there. watch the up in # numbers that come up. 52% of average in santa rosa, 59 in san francisco. and 45 in san jose. that is not good, but it's early in the season and we look at some of the numbers and one good rainstorm will bring most of those back up to 80%. so here's how it goes. early in the season the numbers are still small, easy to obtain. if those numbers are like that as we get into january, then it's not good. the fog, or the weather system that drives down the coast on sunday, the one i mentioned earlier will bring us a slight chance for a sprinkle on sunday. not a big deal. don't change your plan it will
