good morning traffic will be doing well. remember, you can get a ticket for driving too fast. just be careful out there. this is a look at the golden gate bridge, that looks good heading out to the toll plaza. we have wet roads so do use caution. occupied protesters plan to shut down the port of oakland and other busy west coast ports but this time they will not have the support they have had in the past. joining us from the port of oakland, tara? >> reporter: well big risk are here and many are waiting to

make their deliveries and pick ups but in just one hour, occupied protesters plan to dismantle on the waterfront. they are planning to walk a couple of miles and block off the port. the last time this happened, thousands of people took part in an afternoon march and some protesters took one of the entrances to the port. they had several truck drivers asking them why they were not letting them through, it represents truck drivers and it is part of a coordinated effort to shut down businesses at all west coast ports in seattle and portland. now there is a plan today near oakland city hall where they plan to march down to the port. for that march, protesters don't know until they start to

unfortunately nobody was hurt. san francisco and elsewhere makes them the largest in the bay area and they have received very little attention since it was first shutout two months ago but many protesters have nowhere else to go. berkeley camp has 100 tents as well as a huge dining area. coast guards crews are continuing to clean up after a navy tugboat started sinking. it is believed hundreds of gallons of fuel have already spilled into the water. >> as you said, coast guard was out here cleaning up today and you can see the tugboat that is sinking right behind us. the one with the tilted mass, we believe that is the one that is sinking. it is a decommissioned navy

tugboat and they are not sure how much fuel has spilled out into the water but they have put up booms around this entire air to contain the fuel. >> we believe the maximum capacity is about 50 gallons. >> now the sinking tugboat is no longer owned by the u.s. navy. both vessels have been docked here for the last ten years. we have contacted the post guard and we will try to bring you more information t- back to you. stanley hall shut down because of a diesel fuel spill there. it spilled on saturday

for the person responsible for the shooting and two were found near watsonville saturday night. up with teenager died at the hospital. the second was treated and released and they plea of an arrest will be made soon. beaumont police are investigating the woman crossing the street hit near el comino royal. she was not in the crosswalk when she was hit. the person who hit her is cooperating with investigators. red cross is now helping four people. now everybody made it out of the building and some say they

never heard any fire alarms. they say sirens from the fire truck was actually their first clue of trouble. they are investigating those flames. >> because of the incident that occurred we want to make sure everything is in order. this could have been a lot worse if our fire systems were not in order. >> it will question each of the 102 residents to see if they herd any alarm investigators are still trying to determine what started that fire. burning flames. the fire on 24th and utah had that fire under control in just about an hour and nobody was hurt. the red cross is helping.

almaleki have decided to discuss energy commerce and education. there could be backlash after they pulled all of their advertising from a muslim reality show. it followed several families living in michigan but an evangelical group said the show was propaganda and now they are demanding they apologize and reinstate the ads otherwise he is threatening to boycott lowe's. they are likely to be the biggest in the 40 year history. that is twice the number it serves and biggest reason is increased shipping.

animal shelters are finding a special deal to help finds a home for pets. they say for every animal that leaves three more come in. right now there are 240 animals up for adoption and most have been brought here because their owners can no longer afford to keep them. >> obviously keeping a job in this economy is important so it comes down to their pet or their jobs. >> in order to increase, animal shelters are dropping fees to just $10. this includes spaying and neutering and a microship. they are hoping for 100 adoptions and so far 70 have been made. and the santa clara animal shelter, silicone valley animal control authority palo alto

all of their planes are able to fly with one engine and crews are trained for that situation. all passengers and crews were put on another plane. they discussed their first 90 days on the job. president and ceo will speak at the pg&e offices this afternoon. now early took over as an attempt to rebuild and today he will discuss his long-term goals for pg&e. they are looking at environmental concerns for the national park race. they will talk about the 2013 event and one impacts thousands of people the site for the new wetlands.

they plan to close alcatraz so they can provide private viewing for the race. some wet roads, you said people were not slowing down when you headed in, right? >> well, i would like to call them. yahoos. they are not slowing down and police could cite you for that. highway for, it is moving along very well driving up to the willow passed great. it is light down there except for the toll plaza for the cash pairs. as you can see northbound 101 and sensors are showing -- sensors are showing green which means they are moving nicely.
