27-year-old david raider was arrested tuesday as he showed up for work at the san rita jail. he is accused of raping a female a acquaintance. a spokesperson said he was packed into the jail and released on 125,000 dollars bail. a san jose coffee shop were likely remained closed for business as part of their kitchen tonight. it started just before midnight on trip road on center road. it appears the fire started in the kitchen. the cause is under investigation but it sounds like the cafe will be closed until all repairs are made. today people in berkeley are rebuilding after a devastating fire there. this is video of a fire that burned through the area of testify graph and haste. the area was declared a

2 morning news, take a look at that. a busy stretch of freeway in southern california still closed this morning following a huge tanker fire yesterday. that tanker filled with thousands of gallons of gasoline exploded on highway 60 right under the paramount overpass. nobody was hurt but that overpass has major damage. the cause of the fire is still under rex. bart police and oakland police will escort shoppers to their cars. it will be at the west oakland bart station from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., volunteers will be wearing red vests so look for them. planning commission will look at environmental concerns over the cup race. right now cup organizers are
