scheduled to wrap up until 6:00 a.m. traffic is moving along well, passed the coliseum there and in the south bay, no problems to report on the sunole grade. no people heading back to work so we will keep an eye on the morning commute. we begin with a new occupied camp in oakland. it sprang up in west oakland. paul chambers joins us from what is being called the cyprus triangle. >> reporter: some may say here we go again and i spoke with another person who said it has been up for two days. that green sensing light, we can take a look at some video which gives us a bird's eye view which has more than ten tents on it. this is the second occupied

camp which the main encampment was shut down last month. the first was shut down at a home which was in default. occupied homeowners wanted the place cleared out and that place was quickly cleared out. we walked around to see if we can get it and we needed an open gate. we will of course bring it to you later. paul chambers, ktvu channel 2 news. well governor brown is now weighing in on the occupied at he said he must do everything they can to keep the port open and that calls for many law enforcement agencies as possible. occupied protesters have shut

the port down two times in the last month. they may be unable to keep the port open during other future protests. coming up in just about 12 minutes, he talks about the economy and why he believes his first year back as governor is a success. there is a $25,000 reward in connection with the kidnapping of a nine-year-old boy who was playing outside monday afternoon when a man walked up to him and tried to lure him away with candy. when the boy told him no, the man grabbed him by the arm. the suspect is described as an african-american in his 30s, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, has a mustache.

federal investigators arrived on the scene in concord. it happened at beau canon field. the pilot and the passenger were hurt when the plane crashed shortly after take off. the pilot apparently lost control of his plane when he tried to land the plane. they are now in good condition and they are expected to be released later today. records show the plane is registered to chester robins. he is a member of the mt. deablow association. it shows robins with his small plane which is now badly damaged. we will have a report from that crime scene in about 30

minutes. two of its tires blew during take off. fire crews rushed to the scene as a precaution. the fear was that it could catch on fire. 1 #0 passengers were on board, nobody was injured and the flight was on its way to seattle. new this morning, tens of thousands of mourners turned out for the funeral procession of kim jong il. kim jong il's youngest son kim jong un, his father's first, many people along the route sobbed. kim jong il died december 17th from a heart attack, he was 69 years old and tomorrow a national memorial service will be held.

they released new details about a case involving a workplace accident that killed a pregnant woman. she was crushed to death by a machine. two years ago federal prosecutors filed charges accusing the company of involuntary man slaughter and labor code violations. yesterday a judge said they could be held criminally responsible. take a look, they are hoping this surveillance video will help us find him. police say the robber walked up to a cashier with a note, demand money and left with cash. the man police are looking for, right there on your screen, he was wearing a black hat, rebob jacket. they may be throwing a

. heavy rain and winds causing problems on the roads and at the airports. about an inch of rain fell in some areas but today things expected to dry up as the storm moves out. flooding in louisiana is causing an unusual problem at one church cemetery. several coffins had floated away and people who work there say some of the coffins date back to the 1950s and church members are working to get things back to order. they are looking for an arrest for a sexual assault. a woman told investigators she was robbed and sexually assaulted at knifepoint. police describe the attacker as

african-american standing 5- foot 6 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. they say the high number could be a good sign. according to the department of justice california reported 1,300 hate crimes. 88 of those occurred in san francisco. now the city's assistant district attorney say most were against the gay community but it means people are talking about hate crimes and reporting them. in most other states, they are afraid to come forward. outside his efforts he sat down with a press and he gave himself a passing grade calling his first year as governor a success. >> we got the budget in half in one year and this coming year

. welcome back to the ktvu channel 2 news, time now 4:53, a skydiver is dead after a tragic accident in southern california. it happened at the paris sky diving field. witnesses say the man's parachute opened but he landed at a bad angle. it is the 6th sky diving death in the past few months. 150,000 jumps occur at that facility every year. the government finding -- government is finding apple because they failed to add kuwaitly tell customers about their rights.
