pedestrian. perfect medics -- paramedics treated her and was taken to the hospital where we are waiting to hear about her condition. the car that hit her is a white honda accord and we do not have a description for the driver. jury selection is set to begin in the trial of edwin ramos. he is facing three counts of murder in the killing of a father and two of his sons. he killed tony and his sons in june of 2008 thinking they were rival gang members. the family was just returning from a picnic at the time. a five-year-old was shot and killed at his father's taco truck. they are calling for an end to the violence. gabriel martinez was shot shortly before 9:00 friday night. the shooter was a man who just bought food from a taco truck

flights to san francisco airport may be delayed and the answer is yes, they could be and we are watching all the airports and right now it's too early to have any reports but later we might have them. let's go to steve. visibility is about from here to there so be careful, some higher clouds and unfortunately it is a very high pattern and i tend to look at 5 to 10 days out. 10 days is beyond dry, 15 days holds promise. i know i am reaching when i hold 15 days but we need something, we have to dappingel that carrot to see if -- dangle that carrot to see if we can find something. hazy conditions, high clouds in the morning and they will clear out. 37 in fairfield but i guarantee it is foggy if you are taking interstate 80. temperatures are in the 40s.

15 people are out of work. the moss room closed without warning on december 31st. now people with reservations were forced to go elsewhere. a man has taken over the restaurant and runs the academy cafe on the main floor. special events that were already booked he says will be honored. >> i can assure you we will not alienate any guests here and we will make sure everybody comes out happy, especially for a bride and groom. >> the moss room will be closed until further notice while fan makes some changes.

the alameda council is taking up a final vote related to food trucks. they are looking for food trucks to set up shops in underserved locations. under the proposed ordinants -- ordinances food trucks will need permits. some restaurants though are opposed to the proposal and the meeting is scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m. right now it is 4:54 we want to go back to sal to check on traffic. it is pretty foggy over the bridgeels this morning. -- bridges this morning. it is foggy and it may affect flights coming in and out. let's look at the sunole grade and the cameras are limited because it is foggy so we will not be able to show you everything and we do have maps so we will have to rely on those. westbound bay bridge, that looks like it is fogging in as

well. if you are driving along the san francisco span it looks good traffic-wise. and in contra costa county, it looks good if you are driving between funnel and richmond and keep in mind visibility is low and as we move the maps down to hayward city and fremont, traffic looks good in fact we have a camera on 880 that we normally show you, that is completely fogged in so again, no high beams, just low beams and drive slowly. >> i can't see, it's too foggy out there. >> are you in a fog? >> sal is right, it's really thick out there, i would leave earlier if you have to travel anywhere because there is a lot of high clouds and the fog is starting to get worse.

visibility is down to a quarter mile or less so keep that in mind and it is starting to establish itself over the next couple of hours and it is not taking any favorites, it is coast and around the bay. i wish we could get some rain in here, but that's not the case, these are just higher clouds breaking through. fog has come in 39 out of vacaville and fog out of there as well in livermore 42 degrees and a lot of mid-40s, a lot of 40s due to the cloud cover. jetstream stays way to the north. i would love to say there will be some rain but there is nothing on the 7 to 10 day outlook. it is brutal. it is dry 7 to 10 days out and there is a few hints on the 15 day outlook, that's all i am going to say, that's all i am going to say. man, temperatures -- if we can get to that fog we would have
