gunshot victim, all at the hospital, all taken thereby private vehicles from this -- there by private vehicles from this creek side grill. there is a police officer on the scene and a tow truck arrived within last 15 minutes. we have also seen people out cleaning up. there were overturned chairs and police were working inside and outside. they have been flagged down and have been out here since then. they are still trying to figure out what happened here that caused these stabbings and the shooting. there was a lieutenant on the scene early this morning who told us what he knew then. >> officers knew there were gunshots and responded to the scene. when they arrived two people were injured and a half hour

jaun jaun bay. -- began began -- guantanamo bay. a passengers was tasered three times after he failed to cooperate with security agents at the airport. it all happened yesterday afternoon. investigators say the 26-year- old man had already gotten off the plane when he realized he left something on the plane. security would not allow him to go back without being rescreened. that is when he got frustrated and tried to run through the security checkpoint. >> our deputy tried to restrain him and he attempted to go to the secure area and at that point our deputy deployed a taser. >> no flights were delayed and the man was booked into jail on

two misdemeanor charges. we are at the apartment building for an apartment fire at 8:40 last night. the roof of the building caught fire and was quickly spreading. they did manage to get it under control before it spread to the buildings next door. no injuries reported and the cause is still under investigation. a 14,000 dollars reward connected with the series of incidents. 66 fires have been set and they are believed to be related and so far no suspects have been identified. fire officials are investigating the case with more than a half dozen local state and federal agencies. time now 5:40 let's check in with sal for the morning
