house. take a look. this was the situation with a lot of press. it was a circus like atmosphere as ellana lopez entered the court, she was followed by ross mirkarimi. he pled not guilty to one count of domestic violence, one count of endangering a child and one count of dissueding a witness. it stemmed from a altercation in which he grabbed her arm hard enough to give her a bruise. today ellana lopez said she is not a victim. she told the judge she said the violence is that i don't have my husband with me. this is the real violence. prosecutors called for another protective order. they said it wasn't the first incidence of abuse. they revealed text messages

a wrong-way driver in san francisco forced a shut down of the muni system for hours. here is a picture that tells the story. his suv was stopped on the tracks. we have a map here. the driver entered the tunnel, sal castaneda is there live to explain why this happens more than you think. >> reporter: yeah. that's right. as a matter of fact, a lot of people were delayed this morning, they were wondering how a car could drive into this tunnel. you can see it is paveed. the guy kept driving, straight

into the tunnel. this is what his car looked like after getting stuck inside the tunnel. this morning witnesses say a man became impatient and went around the street car stopped. instead of making the turn he kept going. >> two blocks. he did get in there a long way. farther than he should have. the driver got stuck inside the tunnel, delays thousands of commuters. many who had to transfer to shuttle buses. money was able to reopen the tracks and resume service two hours later after pushing the vehicle. >> lot of people question how they could happen. we will do an investigation with the police department. >> reporter: police identified the driver as scott mitchell. he was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and failure to obey signs. muni workers took this picture
