facebook. >> a battle brewing in contra costa court over a proposed dog park. a lawsuit filed last week speaks to plans for a dog area at the park. the plan has already been approved by the town council. it calls for creating a one acre fenced area with in the park for off leash dogs, critics say the area is unsafe for dogs and would place a picnic and children's play area. investigators have now confirmed what the cause of a fire in reno last november. the fire destroyed 26 homes and damaged 17 others. the fire department blamed arcing power lines, strong winds likely blew a tree branch into them. investigators say another fire last week burned 29 homes was started accidentally by a man getting rid of fireplace ash. >> new details tonight, we have received the photograph of the man accused of groping women inside their dorm rooms,

. developing news involving two homicide, police are looking for the person who stabbed to death a 15-year-old girl. the teen was found at about 6:15 this evening on pacific avenue near castro street. officers say she had multiple stab wounds no, arrests have been made and the victim's name hasn't been released.

it's the first homicide of san leandro of the year. this video of a fatal shooting in west oakland. it happened about 9:30. the cameraman arrived police had blocked avenue the street and paramedics were attending to a mail victim. a neighbor heard ten gun shots. the victim was pronounced dead at the hospital. >> some business owners complaining about plans to put a homeless shelter in their neighborhood. as alex savage tells us it's it's in a smaller city in contra costa that's struggling to turn things around. >> reporter: bound by state law the city of pittsburgh must pick an area for a future homeless facility. business owner as long tenth street are saying not here. >> the area is being cleaned up. the last thing we want to do is bring it back. >> reporter: greg was outraged
