abc news in astral ya talked to the two guys that were on the jet skis and they said this is being overblown. >> nothing really. find the dolphins, as you do and just go all the time. not going out of the way to harass them or anything like that. >> in defense of the guys, the way the people are shooting the video you would think they were stabbing the dolphins with a harpoon. >> oh, these horrible people. >> unbelievable. >> they were just chasing after them maybe too fast. weren't trying to hurt them, it didn't seem. >> go away. >> tasmania marine and safety say listen you shouldn't get that close, but no harm, no foul. just be careful when you go throughout and you see dolphins. the police have a different perspective and they are investigating and if these guys get in trouble and they are charged, they could get fines up to 25,000 american dollars. >> unbelievable.

by now you might have heard the story of the 3-year-old peruvian boy living with a parasitic twin inside his stach. you see him here, fo he had thi removed on monday in a hospital north of lima, peru. the boy complained to his dad of stomach pains. 3 years old. they took him to the hospital and discovered what this is. a partially formed fetus. the parasitic twin was removed by a team of 13 doctors. this thing was 1.5 pounds, 9 inches long, it had hair, a cranium, eyes, bones, no brain, heart, lungs, or intestines. they never formed. the surgery was successful, despite some complications because this partially formed fetus was attached to the boy's liver and kidney. so you can imagine just the strain on this boy's body. >> it didn't develop organs of its own so it was living off of the organs in the boy's body?

>> right. it sort of grows like a tumor inside his body. doctors say that this happens one in every 500,000 live births. it's rare but not completely unheard of. this boy, 7 years old, living in india, has a parasitic twin growing out of his torso. >> the legs are full grown. it's not like they're little. they grew along with him. >> nick, is this at all like your ear you had removed? >> no. i had a little something removed here. the ear that my doctor said was just a little birth mark, not a twin. didn't have teeth or anything. >> didn't eat your twin in the womb. >> i probably did. survival of the fittest. take a look at this video we found from the globe and mail in canada. this is a bus surveillance camera. the bus is honking at christopher evans who is mad because this bus is not stopping

because mr. evans is trying to sue the police department for the wounds inflicted to his leg by the dog. >> sounds like this guy has maybe a problem with authority. i'm no legal expert, especially canadian law, who knows, but i would be surprised if this guy wins. police usually get their man, but they don't expect to get their man head on. the kalamazoo, michigan, our friends at wwmt have this dash cam video of a suspect who police say stole some stuff from a menards in kalamazoo. >> what is a menards? >> a popular home improvement store in and around the midwest. >> oh. >> he was on the run. they tracked him down to a dead-end road. the suspect then turned around. >> oh. >> and came head long into the cop car. >> did he intentionally come at them head on or just try to get around them and didn't make it?

>> >> investigators believe that the suspect intentionally drove straight at the cop car. in the video you can see the wheels turned hard left but it's a snowy road so he's not going to go anywhere. >> i think he had a strategy here. so freaked out he was at this dead end he decided his only way out to play a game of chicken with this cop and maybe the cop would turn first and he could get around him. >> you could be right on that one. the cop, though, had a decidedly better reinforced front end, driving a tahoe with a bully bar on the front end. >> oh, wow. >> i think the sheriff had the advantage in the head-on chicken race. >> he just wrecked his car and they caught him right afterwards. >> caught up with the suspect a short time later. the deputy was okay, not injured in this, and the suspect that they were chasing and have in custody, had warrants out for his arrest. >> oh. no wonder he didn't want to get taken in.
