9:02 am

9:04 am
another guy comes to his aid. he's in a blue-striped shirt. he comes to the man's aid after he's already been hit by the suspect and then they hit him again. police say this went on for several minutes when they were pushing and shoving other people in the restaurant. they say they don't know why this happened. >> that was a straight-up sucker punch. he could have killed that guy. he had no idea that that punch was coming. he got him square in the face. >> sometimes people just go places looking for a fight. and it doesn't have anything to do with anything that was said. they just want to fight. >> and then he tripped over the guy that was knocked out. >> this guy is trying to get up and the guy falls over him backwards. >> but, again, you see here again, the guy in the blue-striped shirt attempts to render aid to get this guy up. other people there say they're a little sore, but just shaken up by what happens. >> he's like a limp rag.
