for the first time in its 54 year history, the daytona 500 fell victim to it rain yesterday. rescheduled for this evening, our live fox flag to flag coverage will begin at 7:00 p.m. eastern time. i'm mike joy in daytona beach where light rain continues to fall. but the weather radar by was accurate yesterday indicates that the system will blow out into the atlantic around 3:00 p.m. this afternoon. and then, all efforts will go into drying this 2.5-mile superspeedway so we can race

compliant, if they have diminished capacity you have to treat them with care. >> the community reacted immediately. because of this, jimmy my john was fired, the police chief was fired and two other city officials. there are two other videos of the police officers paying martin $5 for them to tase him and another boxing video. a clarksdale attorney is trying to get his hands on those videos because he's planning on suing the city on martin's behalf. according to reports, the district attorney and the fbi are also investigating this inciden incident. >> as drivers, when you see an emergency vehicle up ahead you move out of the way. on a florida highway, a trooper had pulled over a driver and look what happened. >> whoa. >> good grief, man.

>> this is trooper daniel morley. as he was trying to deal with the person he pullinged over, another person came and side swiped him as he was trying to handle this traffic stop. >> it's not even like he was right up against the road. there looks five, six feet of space. how do people do that? >> was he able to hit him or did the trooper dodge? >> as the car is coming up, trooper morley sees him and gets close to the car and manages not to get completely hit by the car, but he did suffer minor injuries, which is amazing. he could have gotten completely smashed between both cars. >> after the car comes through, you see a skid mark on the ground and you see where officer morley's feet are. that much. >> it looked like the car then pulled off the road in front of this other car. did the driver stop after he hit the officer? >> it does appear that car pulled over, but no details on

that driver or that car have been released by the police department. >> you know what's interesting about this, though, in florida this month they're spotlighting the move over law, which states that any driver, when they see an emergency vehicle up ahead, they have to move over one lane. >> they moved over a lane, just in the wrong direction. >> that's true. when you guys see this video, you will be amazed that no one was hurt. these are train tracks in delaware, as you can see, that's the train rammed into that car. monique was going out to pick up her sister when she made a turn on to what she thought was a road but they were train tracks. you can see her wheels turning there, she's trying to get off the tracks. the passenger in the car got out immediately, but monique was still in the car trying to get it out. these two passersby come along

and try to help her push the car off the tracks. then they said they heard ding ding ding, the gates coming down. they pulled her out of the car seconds before the train hit. >> yeah. >> whoa. >> that was really close. >> she barely survived this. >> first ding ding i her, i would have been like, well, call the insurance company because this car won't make it. >> you think if you're that person, it's my car, i still have payments on it, i made a big down payment. i can see why she made it out at the last possible moment. i would have been so far out of that car. vice president joe biden eventually stopped by davidson county community college in north carolina to make this speech about jobs. >> there's no jobs. >> but somebody must have had a big night. look to the top left corner of your screen. that large man there. behind vice president biden -- >> he's asleep. >> the man is snoozing. >> i think i saw his eyes open

piglets. these little boars were abandoned in a german forest by their mother and taken to an animal sanctuary, now little baby, the french bulldog, has become their mom and is trying to educate them, teach them the ways of the world. >> you do learn something every day, i guess. >> this little dog is loving these boars just because they deserve move. so "right this minute" from berlin jeremy, we have norbit who works at the animal sanctuary. canyon's ferry lake. the guy puts his go-proon his helmet and off he goes. these can go up to 90 miles per hour. all this ice boat is is a tricycle, a real sleek hull with two rails out back and one rail up front or skate. and they sail very similar to the way a sail boat would sail. you say skate, but there's no wheels, right? >> no wheels at all. if you feel like keeping your sailing skills sharp, you go out on something like this the guy is rudder steering in the front, he has the rope he's controlling his sail with. >> can you call it a boat? technically the state of the water is changed. >> i would like to see somebody go skiing behind one of these things. >> you just came up with a great idea for somebody shooting some video. can you imagine that at 90 miles per hour? >> i'm watching a new show, it has terror, intrigue and one bug

about it we have monhave monste wars wyatt with us right now. where do you find these bugs? are they in nature? >> they are bugs found in nature, for season two we went to costa rica, all these bugs came from the jungle of costa rica. >> what bug is the heavyweight champion of the world? >> if you had to bet on something, i would go for spider over anything else. >> how do you find these battles? >> we will call them the bug wrangler who goes out and finds these bugs in nature, then we put them in a controls environment where we can control the lighting, weather and all those things. >> why do the bugs want to fight in the first place? what are they fighting over? >> for the most part, they are fighting for survival. many bugs eat other bugs every day to live. other ones are in the wrong place at the wrong time. >> i'm going to start wagering
