replace a power pole that cracked in half by a tree that came crashing down a couple hours aearlier. homeowners were relieved the tree fell in the right direction, away from their home. >> the tree ripped the power out of my house. there are two or three poles down, ripped out of the ground and laying in the trees. we are just waiting. waiting for them to save us. >> reporter: there were a few homeowners waiting to be rescued from power outages today. 750 customers were out of power today. the damage baffled a lot of people who said the wind storm that blew through a few weeks ago was stronger so they didn't expect so many problems from this one. >> the wind storm played havoc on us. >> reporter: how bad was it? >> power out for 4 days.
