ktvu's noelle walker is there with the latest on what is happening. >> reporter: i just got out of the building, talked to one of the officers, they haven't give an dispersal order yet. there is a certain amount of time that needs to go by. it is a fluid situation now. on the west steps we have protesters gathered outside. if i could ask john to pan long the side b hind that hedge. a few minutes ago there was a line of police in riot helmets and to the other side we have another protest that was planned and permitted going on on the north steps. this is happening as we have protesters inside. look at video. you will see the crowd has thinned but police are
