they go to war, just to have to go. they won't be the same when they come back . its honoring who they are as this new person. >> reporter: we tried to find a veteran with ptsd to talk to but couldn't because this is such a sensitive subject with what happened in gilroy and afghanistan. live in treasure island. >> occupy activists rallied today outside the courthouse in oakland. it knowledged the arraignment of two protesters arrested during the november 9th occupy cal protest at berkeley. at least five protesters are facing charges including obstructing a police officer and blocking a sidewalk. the protesters called the charges bogus and want them dropped. no also in oakland today a judge ruled portions of report on the pepper spray incident at uc davis can be released to the public. the incident happened on november 18th when a police officer pepper sprayed protesters, and -- the video of it went viral.

attorneys want them to seal portions that deal with the officers matters, the judge granted that for now. >> san francisco mayor said he wants to see the video of the sheriff's wife that was used as evidence in the domestic battery case. >> we are requesting the court to release to us that video. i think it's important piece of fact. >> reporter: the mayor said seeing the entire video for himself will help him died what if any action he should take against the sheriff after his sentencing set for monday. low said he also plans to review a large stack of documents before he makes a decision. this after san francisco da told the chronicle that it he had doubts about the sheriff's guilty plea to false false imprisonment. he said if he doesn't believe is he guilty the da should go have the trial. he said he will bring bring up the concerns on monday.
