homes. all morning long neighbors have come up to us to tell us what they saw and heard. the victim of this shooting was found in the driveway of that apartment complex right across the street from us. and a few minutes before our live shot we did see four investigators walk out of that area back to their patrol car. obviously investigators are out here gathering evidence. talking to witnesses. almost seven hours after this shooting happened. this is on central avenue. the intersection is still closed off to traffic and we've been informed it's probably going to remain closed for another couple hours. investigators here at the scene have been too busy with their investigation to talk to us. we did tack to applies argument on the phone that said the shooting happened just before 11:00 last night. one neighbor told us she heard what sounded like an argument happening outside the apartment
