i am ken wayne. a family and friends spent today morning the loss of a father and died afterp they were run over while riding their bicycles in concord. ktvu's lorraine blanco is live with new information on the victims. >> reporter: there has been a non-stop outpouring of support for the family here that crash site. a memorial is going out here -- growing out here. here is a look at better times. >> i play -- >> reporter: loved one describe hadessa nuri as a nice third grader. they say her earth is, solaiman nuri was -- her father solaiman nuri is also quiet. >> pain of losing solaiman nuri and hadessa nuri it is really

to heaven. the family will hold a candlelight vigil here at 7:00 tonight. everyone is invited and the mother will be here that crash site for the first time. lorraine blanco, ktvu channel 2 news. investigators are looking into what caused a crash that killed a 73-year-old man at 8:00 this morning on 280. the driver lost control of his car, and hit a tree. he died at the scene. investigators ruled out alcohol as a factor in the crash. three people are home safe after a ocean rescue. a family member called after the three didn't return from a fishing trip. they were found this morning and a life boat towed them back to sore. all three are okay.

top 9% of her class but she wasn't admitted. they support her. both groups held a rally and sit in on friday. they respect to double minority student enrollment. when a students over comes spanish as a first language and goes to the front of the class and denied entrance to a public university, others may get the wrong idea. >> it got me, she said it is not about my dot, i know -- daughter, i know she strong but it is the message it sends. >> reporter: bam filed a lawsuit. the group claims latino students represent 50% of california high school students

but only 12% of cal's freshman class. reporting live, jade hernandez, ktvu channel 2 news. radiation from the spilled japan nuclear plant from the earthquake made it to the california coast. a month after the disaster scientists found kelp that was contaminated with isotopes. it was found from santa cruz to orange county. it had no known effected and it is now all gone. police say a computer store was targeted in a robbery. a truck rammed into the store. investigators believe there were several people inside the truck. one of them ran inside the store, grabbed four computers computers and took off running.
