story for the first time. he said he did not shoot the family. >> reporter: edwin ramos spoke slowly and without emotion. he said it was the passenger in his car that fired the shots. he said he was agitated because another gang member was shot that day. with the wife and mother of the victim sitting in the courtroom, edwin ramos testified, he shot out of my window. i heard the shots. i got scared. i froze. >> we presented 100 witnesses in our case. very clearly indicates he was more than just a driver. >> he was the shooter? >> absolutely. >> reporter: killed where alvin -- where anthony bologna and

officials revealed the cost of the gas tanker crash near los angeles. a car hit the rig saturday night on 134, that sent flaming gas over the roadway. no one was hurt. but the fire caused $250,000 in damage to the asphalt and guard rail. the connector ramps over 134 were not damaged. florida protesters calling for justice in the trayvon martin killing forced the shut down of the stanford police department for 5 hours. >> they ended the protest after reaching an agreement to hold a community meeting next week. it follows a prosecutor's decision to not take the case to a grand jury. it will be her decision and her decision alone on whether or not charges will be filed against george zimmerman. she said her decision not to go
