antioch already. wet roads and a little bit windy as you approach 880 split, 6:01 let's go back to the desk. how attain view -- mountain view police are investigating a crash in the area of shoreline boulevard and wright avenue. the victim was hit 8:00 last night. they are identifying him because he was not carrying any i.d. residents are telling us that intersection is extremely dangerous. no arrests have been made. the driver did stop at the scene and visioners did say alcohol was not a factor. the teen is accused of hitting a father and daughter in concord and may be released from jail. alex savage is live where that teen is being held, alex?

>> reporter: good morning and because he has not been charged, he is expected to be here at some point but we do expect the 17-year-old will be rearrested when and if prosecutors file charges in connection with that deadly crash over the weekend. police have not released his name because he is a minor but we did find a facebook page on him where he calls himself racer fox. investigators say the teen lost control of his suv on saturday and he hit a father and daughter riding bikes on the sidewalk. yesterday potential of them were killed. police tell us this is a complex investigation which could take some time to complete. >> so you take a look at the

cell phone records, see if they match the time he was driving. you can see if he was possibly texting or driving which may have helped to contribute to the accident. >> he was killed along with his daughter in concord. the boy behind the suv will likely face vehicular man slaughter charges but the case has not again to the dis-- has not gone to the district attorney's office. they will have to decide at some point whether to charge him as an adult or juvenile. he should be walking out at some point later today and we will let you know when that happens. for now, alex savage ktvu channel 2 morning news. they pepper sprayed and used tazers. it happened at 9:00 and officials say the man appeared

to be in a hallucinogenic state and did not respond to orders. that is when police used a pepper spray and tazers. he is expected to be a san jose student and has been treated for minor injuries and the investigation continues. they released a report about november's pepper spray event. they sprayed occupied students and they are opposed to using this information and they worked out a deal on both sides. today they will ask a judge to approve the settlement which involves concealing the names of the police officers. that report will be released online and will also be unveiled at a public meeting. they are taking some time off to be about his three-year-

investigators say somebody was trying to steal copper wiring inside the store. those live wires appeared to have caused the fire. pg&e has shut down power to several stores in that strip mall. city officials say a vacant warehouse where the fire caused the deaths of two firefighters have been cited several times for code violations. it went up yesterday morning and we brought you the pictures live on ktvu channel 2 morning news. 60-year-old fire lieutenant robert and firefighter daniel sweeney were there when the wall collapsed. authorities are looking into whether criminal negligence charges may be filed against the owner of the warehouse. president barack obama is scheduled to board air force 1 in just about ten minutes.

because of that investigation, now the truck involved has been towed away from the scene but at this point they don't know the identity of the person who died because he was not carrying any i.d. they are trying to piece together how the fatal accident happened. a neighbor tried to tell us, he didn't hear the tires stretching but he did hear a loud thumb. the driver stopped after the accident and he did not appear to be under the influence of alcohol and did not appear to be normal. >> if you look at the county lanes, a lot of people were probably getting on 101 or coming off 101 and they were
