rampage. during a memorial service yesterday the schools president was optimistic about the future viability of the college. but later in an interview with the local inspect the president expressed concern whether the college can survive. he is worried the negative publicity will deter perspective students. again we don't know when classes will continue. the president was unclear when that will happen. we do understand according to reports out this morning when the classes will continue they will not happen at their oakland campus. they will be moved temporarily to two east bay colleges. overnight news a driver is

dead after being hate by a -- being hit by a freight train. you can tell by the damage to the vehicle that it was a violent collision. the train smashed into the back end of the car which is now more than half the original size. this doesn't seem to be a decide attempt. investigators are trying to determine if or how the driver lost control. overnight we have learned a missing alzheimer's patient has been found. patricia tyler was found safely on monday. police tell us tyler's family was the one that found her. in several hours another search is going to get under way for a missing morgan hill teenager sierra l'amour.

the class kids foundation which agains at 8:00 this morning. searches are also planned for saturday and sunday. san mateo police are concerned there may be other alleged victims. he was arrested four weeks ago after police say two students two females ages nine and 11 came forward with allegations wong worked there from 1991 to 2001. san mateo police are asking parents to contact them if they have any concerns. the father and daughter that were hit while riding their bikes will be laid to rest today. they were hit by a speeding suv that jumped the curb on saturday. the 17-year-old driver was released from juvenile hall yesterday. he could be rearrested and
