will be restored. 3 hours from now caltrans to begin a nightly closure. tonight the right hand north bound lane of doyle drive will be closed. it will allow crews to remove sections of the sidewalk and remove two pipes. they say that work must be done to prepare for a closure 10 days from now. at that time they will demolish the elevated portion of doyle drive. the full weekend closure of doyle drive begins april 27. in 90 minute caltrans will hold a meeting from 6:30 to 8:00 tonight at the richmond district recreation center. another meeting is set a week from tonight in the golden gate

room. train hit and killed a man this morning. it hit it man around 7:30 a.m. it was a suicide. they had delays during the morning. things were back to normal around 9:30. 75 tornadoes touched down over the weekend, killing at least six people. most of them were in kansas, followed by oklahoma, iowa and nebraska. storm chasers captured these on video. today heavy machinery were out and neighbors were helping neighbors. all of those killed were from oklahoma. there were warning sirens but they didn't sound because they have been disabled by lightning. in kansas one tornado had winds
