stemming from the scandal. this afternoon a judge ruled he will not intervene it stop efforts to permanently oust him. and he said ross mirkarimi is not entitled pay while he is suspended. this morning that judge decided the city attorney can aid mayor ed lee in the case. he pleaded guilty in a domestic violence incident. they are holding a hearing on the charges on monday. talk about cruel. someone hacked into the twitter account of the missing teen, sierra lamar and then sent a tweet that was a hoax. investigators told the news that someone posted a message on her twitter account. it was deleted but not before it sparked hope. the sheriff's dive team returned to the reservoir, and

they plan to search anderson reservoir. she vanished more than a month ago on march 16. it can be a struggle to find parking in san francisco but police say one driver bit another over a spot. ktvu's sal castaneda spoke with the woman who suffered serious injuries and joins us now. >> reporter: i want to show you what happened here. police say the argument was over a parking spot. that parking spot. when someone was asked to move her car, she became angry. tonight ktvu we have a look at the injuries suffered by the woman who was the victim of a biting attack over a parking spot. they were arguing when one asked the other to move her car because it was blocking her driveway. witnesses say the two began pushing and shoving and one

charity. the obama administration announced plans to hire 1600 additional mental health professionals to help america vets. the government must make sure all veterans have adequate access to healthcare. since 2007 the va experienced a 35% increase in the number of veterans receiving mental health services. and relief may be in sight for some veteran whose are waiting for their defendants. they start deploying a program to speed up the process of disability claims. they have a back log of 34,159 claims in oakland and they are waiting on average 294 days just to get an answer. >> visited the seattle veteran's office where they process these claims and was stunned at the piles of paper
