police said a lamborghini owned by guy fieri that was stolen has been recovered. the $200,000 lamborghini gallardo was stolen last year from the british motor car distributors. the car was located over the weekend inside a storage unit. investigators say it belonged to a 17-year-old who is the suspect in a shooting earlier this month. the teen was arrested. the man accused of killing 7 people at oikos university faced a judge this afternoon. ktvu's rob roth is live where he saw curious behavior by the

more details on oikos university. it reopened a week ago but some didn't begin classes till today. we have been told oikos university is paying $1 to use the classroom. they are providing the space as long as it is available out of a mission of community service. in the mean time according to the times, oikos university's finance problems are so severe the president has gone without pay for the past year. the district attorney announced today a teacher who struck and killed a girl last year will not be charged with a crime. investigators say fern white- parker was on the way to work last september when she accidentally struck 6-year-old sioreli torres who was walking walking to school. today the district attorney called it a tragic case but a

a group activated a new mobile app today allowing air travelers to complain immediately. the group says it develops the fly rights app to fight back against racial profiling. it allows you to submit reports protectly to the federal aviation administration. -- directly to the federal aviation administration. noise complaints need san jose airport are on the rise. the report looks at noise and air operation curfew problems. 431 noise complaints last year. that is 45 more than the year before. it logs curfew intrusions, there were 533 of those last year. 160 more than in 2010. the airport says some were due to weather or mechanical
