you hear him asking the inmate, in reference to the money that he had. >> well, as the video continues, you then see right here, he kind of brings his arm down into his pocket as if to put something in it. and later in another video from a different day, you see him dog the exact same thing but this time looking around. >> does he not understand there's a camera where he works? does he not understand he's being watched? >> but it's not entirely obvious what's going on, which is exactly what his lawyer is saying. he said this video is being complete 0ly misinterpreted. >> this video is the only piece of evidence, i tend to agree with the lawyer. i mean, i'm seeing a guy reaching into his pockets. >> you know, is he preying on these guys because who are you going to believe, a cop orr an inmate? >> there are two incidents that are being reviewed with surveillance video, that are being used against him. >> caps has been put on

it is made with coca-cola. the very beginning you see this painter, and he accidentally knocks over his coke. no crying over spilled coke. >> yeah. >> just turn it into art. >> you know that old saying. >> right. >> and so he decided to take brush to his spilled coke and start a-painting. look what he creates, using nothing but coke. and he's got different like shadings. does he cook some of that down? >> it looked like it was kind of syrupy, the coke. >> it did look thick, you're right. he uses three versions of coke, one coke right out of the bottle. he boils some of it to create a coke reduction. he saves some of it, puts in a little bowl, and he continues reating this coke reduction until i gets reall super the ds he's using. so he uses those three different levels of coke to create his
