suspect information. vallejo police have yet to make an arrest. one person was killed, three others injured. investigators say the shooting happened shortly at 11:15, a gunman opened fire at a group gathered for a bar-b-que in crest ranch park. >> this is what we know. they were at the park and a black male in a dark vehicle that's who was described as a shooting opened fire and shot all four people. >> reporter: in all four victims made it to area hospitals on their own. a 56-year-old man died of his wounds. a 17-year-old boy is in critical condition. a 67-year-old woman was upgraded to critical condition today. a separate man was shot in the arm. police say they're not the type of people who you would expect to be in a shooting.

giants, he's rehabbing for an injury. the deputy said a sex crimes detective met with sandoval and that he was cooperative. a woman accuses him of rape saying she was too drunk to consent. sandoval's attorney says it was consensual. according to the u.s. geological survey, the epicenter was east-southeast of san jose. the last quake was in 1964. a man rescues his 92-year- old grandmother. the fire broke out on prince and deacon street. berkeley says when he realized the house was on fire, he ran to the sec floor of the house

where his grandmother was sleeping. he then picked her up and took her outside. the lights are finally up in a brisbane neighbor where a downed power line may have sparked a fire. the fire happened near bay shore boulevard. the fire burned at least 10 acres and knocked out power to 50 neighbors. it was one of several small fires that broke out near solano county. the fire forced officials close the southbound lanes of 680 for about five hours. firefighters managed to keep the manage to a minimum with less than an acre burned in all three of those fires. firefighters in san rafael were also busy responding to

down. almost 60% of arrivals are late. the work is expected to be done by tomorrow. a suspected dui driver crashed into a utility pole in san leandro. the chp says a woman drove into the pole at east 14th street at 163rd avenue knocking it down about 10 feet and completely off its foundation. no one was hurt. pg & e crews arrived at the scene to start work on replacing that pole. the utility reports that there are no outages tonight. a new concert brought out thousands of people to enjoy music and support a man and his cause. as ktvu's ken pritchett reports, the evident was not for the man but to share his unusual story. his fingers are nimble, what also seems clear is that chris durbey soon won't be able to

more than 300 members of the mormon church marched along with their children in the gay pride parade in salt lake city. the mormon church considers sexual relations to be acceptable only between a married husband and wife. these church members say they wanted to send a message of love. one 13-year-old boy said there's too much hate in the world already. well just two days ago we had temperatures in the 90s and some of the inland neighborhoods. look what happened, a cold front moving into northern california and we will be tracking rain and snow up to the mountains as we head into monday. it is dry out there here in the bay area but look what's happening up to our north right into cape mendecino, the rainfall has already developed and that will be tracking as we move into monday. that will bring in major cooling, santa rosa today was 82 degrees. tomorrow only in the lower 60s
