these photos. it shows stephen martin minutes before the attack. police are looking for help identifying everyone in the photo. >> they were part of the people that had the confrontation with stephen martin. >> reporter: stephen martin and his friends ran the group dressed as troll dolls. the men in the group wearing 49ers jerseys. investigators say an argument over a mobile phone broke out and one of the men from that group with the 49ers punched stephen martin. >> stephen martin was knocked out and never regained consciousness. >> reporter: san francisco police are asking for anyone in the area to contact them. they are looking for more photos and videos. >> we can't get enough photographs. anyone watching, listening, if you think you have a picture that may be helpful, please send it along. >> reporter: one more look at

before the friday deadline. if they don't agree they face the responsibility of losing their pay. protesting proposed cuts to in-home healthcare. they hoped to catch the governor. they are angry over the plan to cut $225 million which will effect 400,000 care providers. three of the largest health insurance companies strude preserve parts of the healthcare reform law, even if it is over turned by the u.s. supreme court. they said they will still cover preventive care without charging a co-pay. they also plan to offer dependent coverage up to 26. on march 26 the supreme court court heard arguments on the constitutionality of the act. they are expected to issue a

ruling this month. the red cross says blood supplies reached low levels for o positive and o, b and a negative. they are asking all to make an appointment at a donation center. 17 years or older and weigh 110 pounds are welcome to donate. police are warning residents about pool safety. they are urging people to go to pool safety for the latest on water safety for families. among the recommendations, never leave a child unattended and always watch your child when they are near the water. teach children basic water safety tips. if a child is missing look for them in the water first. sounds like basic advice but makes a difference, special this time a year.
