fishing boat that takes people out for fishing trips. listen to what one of the people on "the scat cat" yells to these guys. >> man overboard. man overboard! >> the boat flips and they say man overboard, man overboard. i think everybody knows. >> who are they telling that to? these guys? >> man overboard, man overboard. >> these guys are now trying to cling on to the overturned bottom half of the boat here. there's a second video. by the time that video picks up, looks like one of the guys from the fishing boat has already been rescued. you hear people from "the scat cat" continue to yell out to the one guy that's left on the boat. this guy here in the cut-off shirt eventually has the life preserver, flings it out to the guy, they pull this guy over to safety. >> looked like there were pretty high swells there. it was a small boat. looks like they just got swamped. >> the number one important thing is that these guys are rescued. who cares about the boat, who

cares about the stuff on board. you can replace that. we're counting down to our favorite video of the day. right now we're at number nine -- and something's missing. when you hear what was stolen from this texas restaurant, you're going to react just like this guy. >> it can't be possible. >> this guy comes to work, he's cleaning out the ice cream machine in the morning and he realizes -- something's missin what'smissing. >> didn't like so suspicious. looked like a customer. an hour later, that's when he was like, oh, where's my crate. >> somebody stole the plastic crates from this restaurant. >> why would you steal that? >> it's not like they're hot on the black market but there they are, stealing them. >> caught hem rim red-handed.

he pulls off to the side of the road. tells the guys that are sitting there watching him, get this thing out of my way. the crowd obliges. they yank this piece of fiberglass body work off his truck. >> is he racing against time? >> this is a desert race so there's a bunch of other trucks and dune buggies throughout on the same course. but he's got to get the best time he can. he continues on. it is like audience participation. >> did you see the crowd? >> so how did he do in this race? >> danny eventually had to pull out of the race because he did sustain some damage to his cooling system. eventually the truck did have to bail out -- but not immediately. check out one of the other angles captured by some spectators after the race. >> it was way worse from that angle. >> another day on the track.
