good on the bay bridge getting into san francisco. let's go back to the desk. time now, there is a two alarm structure fire burning now in sample. we are told it is east and we have a chopper 2 flying there now and we will bring you more information as it becomes available but there is a fire in campbell, more details are on the way. sheriff's dive team is returning to search for sierra lemar. allie rasmus is near the sheriff's office where some boats are already on the move, allie? >> reporter: that is right, we have seen some of them so far and right behind us is where the sheriff's vehicles and these boats that they will be using today come to gas up. now just about 20 minutes ago, we saw the trucks towing equipment, right behind them and investigators will be using

that equipment to search the reservior in morgan hill. they plan to search for two weeks for the disappearance in sierra lemar. this time they have some new soap far equipment to working with and the price tag is about $40,000 although they say it was paid for through private donations. they have searched this reservoir and other reservoirs but this new equipment is supposed to give them a much clearer picture. she was kidnapped three months ago and this is a high profile case and unfortunately, the case has generated a hoax, most recent yesterday where somebody created a facebook account with the teen's name picture saying legal come, it was also part of

that hoax. but the search does continue and they are heading out to the reservoir and they will be there over the next several weeks. a san jose man is set to be charged with formally molesting vulnerable children. lorraine blanco has more on these down willing stories. >> reporter: he was charged back in 2009 and back in 2009 prosecutors didn't think they had enough evidence to move forward. he spent the last few years investigating bailey after a 9- year-olds said she was molested for a period of three years. he was a staff member in los gatos for four years.

cadillac drive and whip cheshire -- winchesterer boulevard. they reported a shooting on center road near wall creek drive. so far no arrests have been made. well the victim of a freeway shooting is still in critical condition on life support. it happened near fruit veil avenue. police who were in the area heard several shots and officers saw a car stopped in the eastbound lane. it is still not clear what led up to the gown fire and the search for the gunman continues. today the new consumer protection bureau makes a big splash. coming up, they are set to release new information in your area and we will have why banks are so upset.

been a quiet morning and news chopper 2 is showing you the latest traffic as well. we will keep you posted if we get any additional information. there are disturbing accusations involving particularly vulnerable children. a san jose man is charged with sexual abuse and authorities fear there could be more young victims. joining us live with that story, lorraine? >> reporter: pam, the deputy d.a. says this case is very scary because bailey had access to so many young and vulnerable people to so many years. police department started investigating bailey last year after a nine-year-old girl at the other facility said she was molested by him for three years since she was six years old. bailey was a staff member there for four years. he houses children who are

dependants of the court. she also told him she was assaulted at the group home but at that time he was not charged and continued to work there. >> he absolutely targeted his victims and we believe based on the victim pool and the specifically -- he specifically targeted young children and he was looking for young people he thought would keep his secret. >> he worked for the developmentally delayed. she said she was sexually assaulted after an outing with bailey and his family. they are cooperating with investigators. bailey is being held on a half million dollars bail and if convicted he faces 52 years to life in prison. jury deliberations could begin as early as thursday on former penn state football

started between two homes. one of the homes suffered most of the damage. now the fires were put out and at least they did for a couple of hours. nobody was hurt. the victim is still in critical condition. this happened near fruit veil avenue. police in the area heard several shots and police then spotted a car stopped in the eastbound lanes. now we are looking at a different video which has nothing to do with this story. we are still not clear what led up to the gunman. in northern colorado at least 189 homes have been destroyed near fort collins and that's the most in the state's history. investigators believe lightning sparked that fire ten days ago. full containment is expected in san diego county

headed. the reservoir is just over this hill, you can see where all the fog is coming from and that's where they are continuing an underwater search and for the remainder of this week and next. we saw their boats and diving equipment in san jose about an hour ago and investigators plan to search that waterway for the next two weeks for missing teen sierra lemar. investigators have some new sonar equipment, equipment that the sheriff's office said was paid the for and the price tag was about $40,000. they have searched the area before but this new equipment is supposed to give them a much clearer picture. they believe it was kidnapped and murdered and has been charged with the crimes. the search for her is a high profile case, it has gotten a lot of attention and has generated false tips and even
