face first on a pillow. >> i can't believe she did that! >> yeah. well, the father couldn't believe it either. he installed this hidden camera because the baby had lost some weight and a skin condition that the baby had began to worsen. this happened back in may. the father turned the video in to police and just recently 47-year-old dawn richards was arrested and charged with one count of child abuse. she is out on bond. the police report says that richards claims she was under a lot of financial stress and that the baby was fussy and sick and crying. >> financial distress is never an excuse for treatment of a child like that. >> her birthday we give her presents, thanksgiving we take her to red lobster, anniversary, we took her out to the restaurant. >> so it sounds like they were treating this woman like one of their family. >> do you know if this woman was responsible for any other children? >> police do believe that she has been employed as a nanny for

9:04 am
>> i was here. i was talking to the cleaning person and debbie was here. all of a sudden it just felt like -- i thought a bomb went off. >> that was a close, close call. >> yeah. >> talk about a work day. you're in there working and then a car crashes through the wall? it's like what? >> her hair dresser said she was still able to keep her appointment. >> oh, wow. that's good. >> it's still not known if the driver will face any charges. not only did she jump the curb and hit the bushes, she also took out front end of that car that was parked there. >> i'm glad everyone got out fine. i'm glad the woman was not injured, there was not a scratch on her. i'm glad everybody was fine. if this doesn't make you smile, then you have heart systone. we got this from wptv. these two guys between them have about 50 years of hunting experience. on the first day of turkey hunting season up in new philadelphia, ohio, they had something strange happen. so they set up some turkey

9:06 am
>> see what i'm saying, you have to smile about this story. >> they should have somehow marked this deer. because what if they come back in two years, she's grown, she's changed a little bit. i would like to know which one i don't want to shoot. >> true. it's the one that comes up and starts eating your lunch. you could probably call this guy lucky? look up ahead on this dash cam. you see a white car going around another car that has its flashers on. it's probably going pretty slow. he goes around to pass but immediately loses control and wraps around a pole. >> oh! >> oh, my gosh, he got tossed from the car. >> no seat belt on. the guy gets booted right out of the driver's seat and stands up like nothing happens. >> wow, it's almost weird how it happened. how did he get ejected like that. >> it's kind of like he woke up from a bad dream. how did i get here? >> how did that happen? how did he get past the door?
9:07 am
>> watch it again. it looks like the car hit just behind the pillar where tos like it hit on the rear doo of tr of car. that caused the front door to pop open and the guy got out. >> and he's lucky the car he was passing kept going. >> obviously this is not the united states and they don't have a click it or ticket campaign because he should be wearing a seat belt. >> they could also give a ticket to that guy for his green on green outfit. >> you don't like it? >> color blocking is the new thing, steven. >> he almost looks like a cat flying out of there. he lands on all fours and then just gets up and walks away. like this guy has nine lives. >> not anymore. some big waves caused some big problems at a surfing competition. >> some of the surfers there were saying these are the biggest waves i've ever seen. >> we talk to someone who was there to find out what went down when the surf was up.
9:08 am

the japanese have invented a mat that will suck the dirt and the soil from your shoes before you walk in the door. >> i love it. i love it, i love it, i love it. >> it's a metal mat. there's a motion sensor that detects when you're walking up to the door. it turns itself on so that when you step on it, those little green buttons that you press down allows the vacuum to suck the dirt from your shoes. >> so it's like a shoe vacuum cleaner mat. >> exactly. >> i love it. >> sucks the poo off your shoe or whatever. >> you better clean your shoes
9:11 am
if you've got gooey stuff on them. it's probably just going to clean off the simple dust, right? >> and it does collect it. there's a receptacle that it goes into. >> it's like a crumb tray in a toaster. >> but how many times do you really walk to your house with that much loose particle collection on your shoes? >> every day. >> really? >> i feel like it would add up. i feel like it would freak you out when you find out how much dirt is in there because that dirt would be in your house. >> why don't you just wipe on a good mat. that would also knock it off. >> this is like an extra layer of cleaning. wiping your foot, you're just smearing it on your shoe. this sucks it off your shoe. >> you can own this for about $6300. >> what? >> whoa! >> so how clean are you desperate to be, is the question. >> in that case i'll just put my vacuum cleaner by my door and suck the dirt off my shoe.
