investigated as possible shooting activity. they put the crime scene tape there after they opened the street. and a person was on a bike on the sidewalk at east 18thth street in hayward. we got here around 3:00 a.m. and we saw them loading the bike into their evidence van. we are still trying to get word from investigators but it was 10:00 last night when patrons reported hearing gunfire. we believe the taser was deployed because the taser was dropped on the ground and you can see the taser was partially wrapped around the police car. we don't know what his or her condition on the bike was and what led up to this incident. of course the scene on the

strip mall is an unincorporated part of hayward so alameda is looking into this and we have called to their office trying to get more information on exactly what occurred here last night. also following developing news on the peninsular, redwood city firefighters are responding to a fire at a call port. now the call came in on linden street and him lock avenue. two cars were reported on fire and one was parked in the car port and one was parked on the street. it could be linked to an incident where it damaged 10 redwood city apartments. and in sonoma county a fire started at a home on lakewood avenue. take a look at this, a ktvu
