away. paging the owner of a small car parked inside the freaking mall. >> made a purchase. >> see what happened when security finally corners mr. clueless. and meet the struggling musician who pulled off a genius move. >> did starbucks catch on to what you were doing? >> not a single time. chris moor and a bunch of his biker buddies were out for a memorial day ride near dallas, texas. this dash cam is from a sheriff's deputy car showing part of the same group of guys. you see a few riders taunting the deputy. >> what are they thinking? >> i guess the mentality is to go after one. chris moor says he wasn't part of any of that and his camera appears to prove that.

>> i was not. i have not committed a crime and you cannot take my personal property. >> at first chris doesn't get arrested but this is what gets him arrested. >> you are under arrest for your license plate getting obstructed. >> it does seem excessive and so does the interaction with the deputy. >> you're kidding me, man. >> you'll see the officer carry away his helmet and you catch a glimpse of the bike in the background and you can see the license plate. he has one more interaction with the deputy before he gets shoved in the car. it appears that the door was on his foot. chris moor's bike was impounded.

to tell us more about this interaction is chris moor's attorney. were any of the guys in this group doing any other legal maneuvers? >> i saw a wheelie or two. chris wasn't. his license plate was ntd obstructed. >> is that something you could be arrested for? >> in texas any officer can give you the ticket or they have the option to arrest you. a lot of this stemmed from last year a group of bikers shut down an intersection. >> the officer wanted the helmet cam but that could haunt him. >> he wanted to show someone else doing something wrong yet it shows him doing something wrong. >> the matter has been turned over to internal affairs for investigation.

tropical storm debby battered the gulf coast before being downgraded to a tropical depression and generated some funnel clouds in the state. check out this video from a man in his house after hearing reports of a funnel cloud in his neighborhood so he grabbed a camera and this is what he caught. >> holy smokes. >> as you see light emerge again the tornado has already passed over his home and look at the destruction outside. so it went over his own home. it damaged his home severely. in fact rob shot video of the outside shortly after the tornado. that's the side of his house. you can see the trees down in the yard and the debris everywhere and part of his

neighbor's roof ended up in his yard. >> that didn't take long to create that devastation. >> what is so different about this video is how quickly the devastation happened. it seems as if seconds later the tornado has psed and cause this much destruction toi >> rob was in the house with his wife amy and his 12-year-old daughter who were uninjured. this storm caused more than $5 million worth of destruction in the area. >> holy smokes. when you drive to the mall you want to get like the closest and best spot. one guy in italy thought why should i park in the parking lot when i can drive right into the mall. this is a customer in the store. watch.

that's him. made a purchase like you checking out my car. it's a 2012. no big deal. >> this guy walks out of the store. there are several security guards standing there and he has sunglasses on like what. >> he got inside his car like he was going to drive off. the security guards see the one guy standing in front of his car. >> my question is what is actually illegal about this? i'm sure there are no signs posted that say don't bring your car in here. >> i'm sure it is an unspoken rule. >> a courtesy. >> technically no rule. >> i'm trying to give the guy a break. >> you can't drive the car to the mall. >> the security guards drag benches up and put it in front and behind the car. you see the guy start to move the car when the security guards

break the window and pull him out and arrest the guy. he was taken to a hospital. apparently this guy had a clean record but only a few days before apparently the same guy drove a car on to the tarmac at an airport. maybe he is trying to test the mimts of security and see what he can get away with. >> if he had not been arrested he probably would have driven into a grocery store to pick up a loaf of bread. this video may be very disturbing to some people. >> oh, man. >> what? >> this happened in china. according to the people who posted this video the driver of the white car allegedly mowed down some of the cyclists. five people were killed. two others were injured. the first thing you see on the right side is that car. as you can see emergency

services haven't gotten to the scene yet and then you see the bikes and the bodies. >> they are like 200 yards from the car. >> yes. quite a distance. something bad obviously happened here. >> how did it happen? >> it is still unclear what happened to cause it. all i know is the driver is responsible for what happened to the people. this video on the left you see the cyclists first but on the other side of the road something happened and you can see damage on the right side. you would think the cyclists you would feel safe because you have a wide bike lane and a sidewalk on top of that. >> i got to think the driver must have plowed through the bikers in one swoop. wow. a guy in alaska leaves his

you no longer need nasa to get into space. space x testing a rocket engine and doing a static test meaning it is strapped to the ground. watch this. that's pretty impressive. it is 147,000 pounds of thrust. the engine fire for a full duration of what an actual mission would be, 185 seconds. they brought this thing to full tilt and gave it a couple more blasts so pretty much simulated an entire launch sequence for their falcon nine rocket. the engine went up, nothing blew up. everything did what it was supposed to. i think it is cool pre ng this. >> it is a huge change. they are a first of their kind.
