is being treated for minor injuries after crashing into a building. the officer collided and ended inside an h&r building. the cause of the accident is still under investigation and so far police do not think drugs or alcohol were involved. in overnight news, a dozen people are displaced by an apartment building fire. it happened on camden avenue at 9:00 last night and head to be treated for minor injuries. the flames quickly spread through this densely populated complex. look at the pictures. they also say access was a major challenge and it took more than 90 minutes to get the flames under control. time now 6:04 in the bay area this morning he has kind of a strained schedule, flying

london. he now has a passport and is believed to have left bulgaria after killing 6 people. they fear a repeat in munich and that's when 11 israeli athletes and coaches were killed. full containment is expected for that wildfire and this one started saturday near the town of cash creek casino. according to cal fire it is now 80% contained. no homes have been damaged. during the night they put out any hot spots they saw. the cause of the fire is still under investigation. well they burned about 100 feet from vacaville and now crews are trying to figure out what sparked this brush fire. luckily no homes were damaged.

gunman, jeanine? >> reporter: that's right, understanding here and there is a lot of police activity going on and police have this area roped off, two blocks until julian street and some of them had their rivals out and much of that activity is mid-block at a house where police found a man and woman dead inside. 4:20 this morning they received a call from neighbors that shots were fired. they found a man and a woman dead inside and at this point we don't know if there was any forced entry or if the victims knew the shooter or if there is an active search for the person responsible. >> we do not have a suspect identified but we are conducting a search for the areas for a suspect. >> reporter: police are going

from the bay area, making a quick trip and he will be back for more fundraising and campaigning and the president arrived yesterday, they are surprised he came earlier than expected and he will be back for more appearances and fundraising throughout the bay area. we will keep you posted and we just wanted to peak in on san francisco. following breaking news in indiana as well. they are imposing a $60 million fine against penn state university. we are watching the press conference as it was taking place and it is still going on and they also announced the university will be banned from bowl games for four years.

i do is watch the traffic obviously and we have had a couple of fender benders and this is a 10 to 15 minute delay getting on to the bridge and the bay bridge toll plaza and no problems in the fast track lanes but a little bit of slow traffic in the fast track lane. driving over to the overcast peninsular, the traffic is moving well and by the way we are checking with fso and we will have an update on air delays if there are any predicted. westbound 580, we had a bad start, 580 coming from the tracy area to livermore, not all that great but give yourself an extra 10 or 15

good morning, what do people know about this suspect they have learned over the weekend? >> reporter: well, good morning, dave they were able to get inside his apartment over the weekend which was quite a difficult task because it was boobie-trapped and then they were able to go in collect evidence and collect devices and laptops and they are going through all of that evidence because of course they want to know what are all the charges they can file against the suspect here. just to give you a little behind the scenes information, he is being held in solitary confinement which is right next door to the courthouse. he will be escorted underground
