been sent for analysis. robert handa, ktvu channel 2 news. police are meeting right now to discuss a officer involved shooting this afternoon about 3:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the police headquarters. the man was taken to the hospital by ambulance. authorities are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to a kidnapping suspect who is on the run. this man, 19-year-old marcos hernandez abducted his girlfriend and their daughter at gun point last night from an apartment. an amber alert was canceled after the victims were found safe in oakland. >> investigators are interviewing the victim. what we can tell you the victim and the daughter was found in good physical condition. >> police say marcos hernandez

noticed a speed boat. the cutter deployed two small boats and a helicopter to intercept the speed boat. they confiscated 4,000 pounds of cocaine. regulators are slapping google with a fine for privacy violations. today they agreed to pay $22.5 million without admitting guilt. it involves their advertising network that could track people after assuring users they wouldn't be monitored. they said no personal information was collected. facebook is asking users to help track malicious e-mail scams by reporting. they steal personal information by duping users into clicking on e-mails. now users can forward the e-

santa cruz please officered a 13-year-old boy a place in a youth outreach program hours before he was shot and killed last night. he was leaving his grandmother's house when he was shot. police say he was involved in gang activity and the shooting may be related to gang violence. police also say they found a stolen white van that might be associated with the killing but they are still looking for the

shooter. police hope surveillance video will provide clues in a shooting that killed a young mother. tatiounn turner was with two males and a female last night. witnesses say two men parked their car, ran around the corner and started shooting at them. one of the males was hit and taken to the hospital. tatiounn turner died while trying to get into her car. she leaves behind a daughter. three children who were orphaned when their parents were killed received help from the san jose police department. the department raised $6,000 for the children. today they presented the children with some of the money in the form of gift cards. a relative is now caring for the children who are 4, 7, 8. no arrests have been made following the killings on north

7th street. muni riders who hate turning around trains part way through their route just got support. ktvu's rob roth is live in san francisco with the grand jury report released today condemning the switch backs. rob? >> reporter: towards the end of the community, and many riders are hoping they will get home without enduring switch backs. >> reporter: he has a disability and relies on muni. he says at least every other week he and other are forced to get off before it reaches the end of the run and get on a new one. >> they don't give you noticed. >> reporter: the grand jury did not mince words in its report criticizing muni for using switch backs to improve service times.
