what are the chances of this? here is a porter in brazil working and he is reporting from the scene of an accident that just happened. the man at the accident is waiting for the paramedics. they are motioning to the scene in the background welcome and watch what happens. another motorcycle accident happens right behind this guy while he's there reporting about the accident. he watch this is video closely, and it looks like the motorcycle rider is okay there, he jumps back on his feet. but as you look back at where the guy came from, you see what looks like a speed bump there. there are lines to designate a crosswalk, but in the dark i don't think you could see that speedboat. >> i hope there are signs to
