[ screaming ] >> these guys are out of their minds. there is a million better ways to handle this than pouncing on small child. . you see a sheriff's deputy car parked on the side of the road. this car belongs to deputy scott hill.

he was on patrol and happens to pull up to this area. now, ard coaccording to reports these four men were at a house party given by aida, and they walked to a convenience store close by to get some extra drinks and they were standing on the edge of aida's yard with open containers under a no loitering sign. so this officer pulled over to deal with what is an open container issue. it's a misdemeanor. now, in this group of gentlemen is aida's husband. soeda and her children come out to see what's going on. the children are visibly distressed by seeing the officers dealing with their father. another sheriff's deaf tiff arrives. his name is keth insherman. sermon is the guy with his weapon drawn paper cording to reports that is a taser. it is not a gun. aida's 14-year-old daughter allegedly attacked the officer.

the officer claims that she swung at him several times. aida ended up being arrested. her husband was arrested and her 14-year-old daughter was arrested. the charges against aida were eventually dropped but the 14-year-old still faces charges, batly on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest, both felony charges. represented by an attorney who says whether or not this does go to trial, whether or not the 14-year-old is found guilty or innocent, the family plans on pursuing a lawsuit. >> get in the back seat now. any time there's a guy running around the streets wielding a big butcher knife, pretty tense situation. that's what was going on in china caught on camera. you see this guy, according to reports, he was about to assault a woman. with this knives. and it's a pretty big knife. >> yeah, it is. >> yeah. so standoff ensues here.

these guys in an argument, but keep your eye in the background near that green car. you see that guy there? he's kind of creeping closer to the situation. he's got what looks like a big pole or stick there. is he on the cops side or on the side of the guy with the knife? he rose up there and sneaks up from behind and is able to knock the knife out of the guy's hand pup see it go bouncing in the background. within seconds, this guy and other officers have the knife-wielding man in cuffs. apparently a plain clothed officer. >> an officer? >> i thought he was a cool guy in the market, that was like, i'm not letting this go down in my hometounchts looks pretty stealthy. >> the move is straight out of james bond. i thought he'd use the bic stick, a three stooges move in the back of the head. >> what is it with people taking their clothes off in china to do
