hall. this time, it is an action that is supposed to keep more caps on the street. sal castaneda is live in san francisco with the fee that cab drivers say could push them out of their jobs. sal? >> reporter: well, frank, i am inside a yellow cab in market street and i am being driven by ollie. he said it is already a tough job and now they say the city is trying to stick their hand in the cab driver's pockets once again. since 2010, taxi medallions can be sold. the driver hits $20,000 and they get a 15% driver fee. they want to approve the new permanent protesters program raising the cost at $300,000 but the city wants a third of that back in a transfer fee. that is 100 grant out of the drivers' pocket. >> a successful pilot program

today, what we are going to see tomorrow, these changes are so subtle you will not notice them. some places are cooled down and tomorrow they will drop a couple of degrees. you may not even notice it. what i am looking at is thunderstorms that were here over the weekend, that is why we had these big fires, they are east of the sierra nevada and that set some tropical moisture and it is volatile. it is lingering behind and we could see elevated parts of precipitation. it is really a far out shot and we will keep an eye on it at 10:00. for the most part, the moisture is east and forecast for the fog, there it is across the san bruno gap and it is right in the livermore valley. it finds a low-lying spot and the cost has a low-lying spot in san bruno the fog squeezes
