now hear from the guy who got sucked into a whale's vortex. >> it's really awesome and terrifying. >> and it's the latest internet craze. see how "right this minute" viewers are getting in on dog shaming. >> jaclyn ann sent us a picture of her pet snickers eating tootsie rolls out of the cat box. >> oh, gross. got to be honest, guys, this one's going to make you sick. the kind of sick where you get like, mad. this is surveillance video from a street in colchester essex, england. two girls walking down the street and this guy, physically something's wrong with him. he's walking back and forth. can't walk in a straight line. many reports we're hearing this guy was very, very, very drunk. you see him walk by two girls. one of which is nicky brewer, 18 years old. you see he says something to the two girls. they continue to walk and then come back into the frame, and

some sort of argument or altercation ensues. watch what this guy does. >> oh, what? >> oh. >> decked her. >> he grabbed her hair and punched her to the ground, and then quickly walks away. that doesn't make you sick? the legal fallout from this is even worse. this all happened back in april of 2009. this year, in may, after someone came forward with information, a 31-year-old man was arrested in connection to this incident. police didn't release the tv footage until september 2010, 18 months after the original incident. so the man who was arrested, it's been too long for a common assault in england there is a six-month statute of limitationlimitation s too much time has passed. the case dropped. this man walks. it took him 18 moss, already outside of their limitations.

>> right. brewer, now 21 suffers from back injuries and has to use a wheelchair for long journeys. we found these pictures of nicky brewer on the mirror to see what her face looks like after this. according to the mirror, a doctor says that she's been diagnosed with a degenerative disease affecting her nerves. that was, in fact, brought on by a trauma injury. she feels as though she's been let down by the justice system. the police are saying her injuries were not severe enough to up the charge from a common assault. this video we found on china central television is sure to give you chills. look really closely at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen as that motorcycle pulls up. it's being driven by a woman -- >> ooh, no. >> oh, my gosh. >> oh, my gosh. >> as she pulls up to this intersection, this little girl falls off and barely misses

being run over by that car that was right next to her. >> sure she didn't? >> according to reports, the wheel did touch her head, but it didn't cause any major injury. she was able to walk away from this with minor bruises and scratches. >> how is that fake? how can that be legal? >> you can tell this woman is struggling with the weight of this moped, too, because as she pulled up, you can see hug even little girl falls off, she struggling to get control of the bike so she can get off of it and go pick up this girl. >> it's one thing if this is how you got to get your family around, but when things like this happen and you almost lose a child, you need to think of maybe a new plan. >> you got to remember, that's a completely different culture. it's way different over there as far as the way people ghent around and the congestion in those big cities. i think those of the risks they expect. >> it's different, you're right, but it's not like this is a third-world country. this isn't dirt roads and it's

not some home. made bike. >> there's cars here, traffic lights. i don't understand how you can put four kids on a bike and get away with it. a woman driving a medical transport van in scottsdale, arizona, got stuck in a flooded wash, because she passioned by three warning signs, a barricade and flashes lights to get her patient to an appointment. as you can see there, that's the medical van stuck in a wash. now scottsdale got a lot of heavy rain from the monsoons that they get there, but as abc 15, our sister station there reports, this woman drove in at 4:30 in the morning, it was still dark. firefighters couldn't rescue her until it was light enough outside. >> having to go into the water. having to do the helicopter. having to make all these rescues. so, please, don't drive into the washes. >> both rescued without incident, but he did have bumps and bruises following this. >> when she originally got stuck it was two feet. later in the day it got to

kind of doing a head stand? >> we see them standing on their heads with their tails sticking out of the water and i never realized what they were up to, but the noise it was making, it has to be some kind of like calling gesture. i'm not quite sure. it was really fascinating. >> the sounds in the video of the whale were amazing. is that what it sounded like in the water? >> much louder in the water, and the water comes from every direction. it's kind of intimidating. >> where does this land as far as cool factor? >> probably third. >> tell me why. >> the top of the list, hunting for a great white shark. second is scuba diving with a crocodile. >> oh, yeah. i see why this is third. >> yeah. >> bye. this little guy is the most dangerous shrimp in the world.
