no charges were filed. the abuser is now living under close supervision at a infishery. police have added patrols near schools, they did so after a report of an attempted kidnapping. a 15-year-old said a man drove alongside her and asked her where she was going. he then got out and tried to pull her into the car. police say that the girl was able to break free and wasn't hurt. they aren't saying where it happened. the man is in his late 20s to early 30s driving an older model black four door. >> the bay area is marking 1 years since the terrorist attacks changed america. robert honda is live in san jose at a flight 93 memorial, one of several events underway right new in the south bay. >> reporter: we are at the flight 93 memorial at oak hill cemetery as you can see the number of people here have

11th anniversary. we want to show you a live picture of the flag brigade on highway 24. here you can see the people standing on the overpass, waving to the cars below. many drivers have been responds and honking their horns in a show of supportt. happens each year as they fly the stars and stripes and hold a vigil in honor of those killed during the attacks. a vigil is set to start in a little more than an hour from now. >> and families of some of the 40 passengers and crew who died on flight 93 gathered in union city today. several dozen people came together at sugar mill landing. flight 93 was ongoing to san francisco when it went down. kathy lost her daughter nicole miller. >> when the -- [inaudible]

section dedicated to remembering 9/11 including video of services at the world trade center site and the pentagon. >> we learned today that fallen chp officer ended up saving four lives through his death. he was gunned down during a traffic stop along interstate 680. the california transplant donor network said his donated organs helped a 50-year-old man and three women here in the bay area including a mother who had been on the waiting list for three years. during the surgery to recover his organs 9 operating team had a mob of silence. >> new concerns about crime after an armed roary there. the owners of the cafe near 46th street say it was robbed during a music concert. three robbers told the people, 25 to 30 of them inside to get down on the floor and stole money. owners say it's not the first

comes just hours after deadly crash on city streets. >> reporter: i can tell you with in about three hours of the crash that killed a woman, the police association put out a statement that it was frustrated by the lack of dedicated officers and a warn that the city's few remaining cops would be gone by the end of the week. this is the one traffic stop we spotted in walnut creek but we noticed the officer was from concord . >> i have never seen anybody pulled over for a traffic stop in the streets ever. i have lived here 20 years. >> reporter: now the police association said that traffic stops are about to be more rare. hours after this deadly crash on main street saturday night the association voiced its frustration on its facebook page saying the city's three remaining traffic cops are being reassigned to regular patrol because of staffing shortages. it said because service calls

received his first traffic ticket in decades, his office said they was pulled over by a san jose police officer this morning while on his way to work. he was issued a 35-dollar ticket for failing to use his turn signal. >> the two strongest job markets in the country are right here in the bay area. the bureau ofly boar stats said the metro area which includes san mateo and marin tops the list. it had a 4.4% increase in jobs over the past year. santa clara posted a 3.5% increase. >> in the fog at the coast just barely there. you can see a live camera shot. haze and you can kind of pick out the bridge. the fog is pulling back from the coast just a bit. we go to -- a satellite or image of the fog and you can see it lingering around the cliff house.
