were evacuated from the building. they said a man was trapped inside his apartment. >> by standers advised us of a person needing to be rescued. they got the person out. >> took crews an hour to get the flames out. no one was hurt but it forced 15 people from their homes. the red cross is helping. the cause of the fire is under investigation. firefighters say they have 75% containment on a wildfire burning since last friday in lake county. it burned 4600 acres so far. evacuation orders have been lifted but several roads are still closed. firefighters hope to have full containment by saturday. the mayor of hercules is responding to results of two state audits. they question tens of millions of dollars in expenses. they also slammed the city for
