out in preparation for a rally this afternoon, good morning, tara. it is kind of a small one here, they are camped out and the occupied movement says it is a symbol of corporate greed. you remember, the occupied protest had one of the most tumultuous day sparking more protest and furry among protesters. but what came over the weekend, this is supposed to be a peaceful protest, right now one car is parked across the street but later there is a march to justin herman plaza and most likely the street will be blocked off. you can see they have booths set up there and it says a man's home is his castle until

the bank forecloses on it. now a rally is set for tonight and it can definitely impact your traffic and we will tell you more about that coming up in the next half hour. life in san francisco, i am tara moriarty, ktvu channel 2 morning news. police in gilroy are now looking for suspects in what they think is a gang related shooting. it happened on damien woody -- westwood drive. he was sitting in a car when he was shot because of an apparent dispute with arrival gang -- a rival gang. a pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run crash in napa. it happened on state highway 128. the pedestrian was rushed to walnut creek. chp has not released any other details about the crash.
