emergency brake right before this accident happened. now a woman and a small child were inside of this car. ktvu has footage of the aftermath of this accident. >> looks like a fender bender on surveillance camera. but that's crunched. >> the driver of the car was camilla and the child in the car was a child she baby sat. she was a babysitter for her profession. as a result of this accident, she ended up losing her job and, obviously, also lost the use of her car. but to tell us more about camilla, the driver of the car's experience, we actually have her husband, via skype, right this minute, from san francisco. i know you just recently obtained this video. has this helped you figure out exactly what happened in this accident. >> yeah. made me more [ inaudible ]. because in the beginning it was the television saying she crossed on the front which is not true. because she couldn't see

clearly, behind the bus, the muni had a problem with the brakes but never fixed it. a situation like that is going to happen again. and people are going to get really bad hurt. can die from situation like that. was very close. very close call for my wife and the kid was right behind her. >> how did you obtain this video. >> couple days after the accident i went over there trying to find some clues of what happened and then i saw this building and they have a lot of cameras outside, security cameras and i asked the person in charge over there, he said, yes, i have this video i can give to you -- only for the police or the insurance for your lawyer. i spoke to my lawyer yesterday and he said well, i think it's okay to show whoever you want to show. i decide to send you xwis. >> this video help get your wife's job back? >> i don't think so. she already lost the job. the family already hired somebody. >> now that you've seen this video are you planning any legal action against the city?

35-year-old man was having chest pains and he needed immediate medical attention. we see one of the coast guard rescuers go down on the boat and bring the 35-year-old man up on their basket. the coast guard said when they got to him, he was unconscious. he was able to regain consciousness before they got him on the basket and they did take him to get additional medical attention and the company that took them out fishing said that he is now in stable condition. >> thanks to the coast guard. if they had gotten there a second later maybe this would have a different ending. they're amazing. >> they are. their rescues makes you want to be part of the coast guard. >> look how fast the boat is going too. not only are they trying to pull off this re cue, there's obviously a lot of things they have to take into consideration to make this a success. >> you're out in the middle of the ocean and having chest pains, call the coast guard. at some point in our lives we all believe in monsters. this next video shows us what

guy named chad. and lindy is sending an e-mail for the first time in 12 years. lindy suffered a stroke 12 years ago and from that, she now has acquired asay shah, she has a communication disorder that impairs a person's ability to process language. she's using her hand the same way we would on a connect video game to take out different displays, different faces, and these little faces express a very simple emotion. and this then becomes a simple e-mail. you can see the smile on her face. she's so ecstatic. now she feels like she can connect. >> he's made it easy for her to use. using really advanced technology in a simple way to communicate. >> to tell us more about this we have chad rubl via skype from brooklyn, new york, right this minute. chad, this is a remarkable idea. how did you come up with this concept?

>> i watched her struggle with keyboards and actually started with an arduino based project, which is like two dials and a button. i actually had it technical difficulties with it and kind of went down the connect road. it's been really interesting exploring a totally alternative user interface. >> you've been able to use this technology to help your mom. are you planning on getting it out there to help others? >> what's been fun about this video and the reaction to it, the number of people who have loved ones who have afay shah or strokes or other disabilities to say, how can i do this or something similar for my mom or my uncle or my dad. for her particular brand it works. it wouldn't necessarily work for everybody. >> does your mom use this technology frequently if she us a used it a little bit. i want to add a variety of messaging. probably spread it out more. you have the foggy, groovy, silly, lonely, tired and what

head over to our website rightthisminute.com and click on. >> best of rtm. >> we have to give a shout out to the michigan humane society for this rescue. this is a pool behind an abandoned home. and as you can see, the pool is filled with grass, with weeds, and with trash. and muddy, murky water. look what's in this pool. >> man. >> this is moet and crystal and they have an owner in michigan, but they somehow escaped from their backyard enclosure. so their owner maurice called the michigan humane society and, of course, the humane society, to the rescue, they think that maybe they were trying to get down into the pool to get a drink of water. and they fell in. t the the water was so slick and edges so steep, they were stuck in the water. >> you don't know what's living in that water. that water is disgusting. bacteria central.

>> chris from the humane society, part of this rescue, takes one of the long poles with the loop around it they can put around the dog's neck, and guides each dog out. they are such close companions with each other, after the first dog is rescued the second dog cried and cried. ultimately they got the dogs out safely, cleaned them up, on a leash, together and reunited with their owner maurice. >> then they toasted their return with some moet and crystal. i don't know if there's an uncle of the year award but if so i would like to nominate this guy. ♪ we can dance if we want to we can leave your friends behind ♪ >> uncle jay dancing to the song "the safety dance" by men without hats. the story here is that jay is the brother of misty and the brother-in-law of t.j. and apparently when misty and t.j. go to visit uncle jay this is

what he does as they're leaving. every time they pull away, he'll dance to whatever song's on in their car. >> please tell me that they have kids and that he's dancing for the little ones? >> yes. he does this dance to sort of entertain his niece, make her laugh. now t.j. has compiled all of jay's hilarious dance moves into one clip he then shows their daughter and she can't get enough of it. she laughs, dances along with it and smiles and says she loves her uncle j.j. >> i love uncle j.j. >> somebody danced like this every time i left the house i would never come home. i would be leaving all the time. >> his dance moves are hard to describe. they aren't one type of dance. he does his own thing. >> i love the reaction of the people in the background. the one lady can bear to watch. the dog is like -- you a can see the car is backing out of the driveway and hard core dancing

again, another skateboarding trick video. but no, something quite different about this video. you're seeing is world-class skater kiln martin, with a huge board. it's going, somebody running in the background, world-class skater alfredo urbon. they jump on together. the kick flip. they nail it. >> it's like synchronized swimming on a skateboard with two really manly dudes. >> watch this. they push off. alfredo jumps off, kiln does a few moves of his own. alfredo jumps back on. >> i've never seen this. >> hopefully this doesn't disappoint you but it is part of an ad for smart cars in the uk. their motto is for two. >> doesn't bother me at all because what they're doing, regardless of a smart car or not, is pretty impressive.

everything had to be coordinated. >> of course there is a behind-the-scenes portion. you see they do have a few mess ups because obviously they're not used to skating for two. >> i feel like they're best buds on their way to a picnic and riding together on the skateboard. >> it is a little unusual to see these guys be so gentle and touching each other. >> they're comfortable enough with their manhood to sacrifice looking a little goofy to make an awesome video. it's now time for your rtm moment event. >> beth, this is near your home state of north carolina. this is off of cape hatteras. >> lovely area. >> and this is a diving expediti expedition where some people went to go look around the "uss tar pin." the tarpin was being towed to the scrap yard when it sunk in 1957. so this is what's grown on it
