gave himself up. >> the man's condition is not yet known. the shelter in place order was lifted. the sheriff's deputy is working -- the sheriff's office is working on the identity of a body found this morning. it is not clear if the person died after being hit by a train. big rig accident this morning has been cleared up. the chp says the driver lost control of the trailer and the rig over turned before 9:00 a.m. that spilled 2700 pounds of sand on the road. they cleaned up the sand and the driver was checked out for minor injuries. sky diver who plunged to his death has been identified.

officials say donald brown was sky diving on saturday night. witnesses say his parachute opened but as he maneuvered he hit the ground at a high rate of speed and died. authorities have identified a mother and daughter killed over the weekend after a power boat operated by a man suspected of drinking crashed into their boat. they were boating saturday night. he was arrested and booked on two counts of manslaughter. the california man accused of kidnapping his children and taking him on a stolen yacht was in court today. he was scheduled to enter a plea today but it was postponed till october 4. he took the

weather related days at san francisco international airport are clearing up now. low visibility due to morning fog and clouds. at the peak from noon to 3:00 p.m., 50 flights were delayed by 70 minutes. the flow control program was called off when the skies cleared up and weather related effects at san francisco international airport and all around the bay. >> especially livermore valley, they dropped off 10 degrees. most of us 5 degrees. cooler today than yesterday. fog is still in the forecast but the days are getting shorter. starting to feel like fall. fall off the coast. patchy now. the fog is breaking away now. in the next few hours it will turn around and push back into many bay area neighborhoods.

big ridge of high pressure but up in this area there is a low pressure center. you can barely pick it out. that is enough as it bumps up to the coast to keep temperatures on the mild side all week. tomorrow's temperatures like today. very similar. maybe a degree warmer. when low pressure does that, gets up against the coast, stretches out the marine layer. we could see clear coastal sections by tomorrow afternoon. the cool, moist air, that is what the marine layer is. that cool air will push comeland and keeps the in-- push inland and keeps the inland valley temperatures warmer. the fog got lifted.
