9:02 am
he's 29 years old. >> oh, my. >> oh, man. he didn't even see it coming. >> no. >> listen to the reaction of the guy shooting this video. >> hey! in the water! he's in! >> people do seem to try to run to help this man, but there's really nothing they can do because they are on a cliff and there are jagged rocks. you see the man floating out to sea in these violent xdwaves. now, unfortunately this man drowned ten minutes after he was swept out to sea by this wave. this video was shot by a man named james reynolds0d he shoots videos alljf over the world. we have him via skype from hong kong to tell us a little more about this incident. how did you end up getting this on camera? >> i had literally just got to my position on the highest bit of cliff i could find and set up

9:05 am
out of the water. so he's found something. lo and behold, look what he pulls out of the river. after about an hour, he finds thexd ring. >> unbelievable. this guy can find anything. >> holy crap. >> the internet skeptic wants to say this could be fake but these guys are canadians, they wouldn't lie about this, they're nice. >> another happy client. i'm just thrilled we found it for him and the best part it was his birthday today to top it all off. we've got a compilation of videos that are nothing short of small miracles. these guys seem to be very interested in the front grill of this peugot. they're looking, looking, looking and moving around trying to figure out how to repair the front end of this car. what comes out will shock you. >> it's moving! >> what is that?
9:06 am
>> wait, is it a fox? >> is it a coyote? what is it? >> get it out. >> this car is giving birth! >>c that is a dog, trapped in te grill of thisfá peugot. it was hit at about 56 miles per hour. out pops the dog and he's fine. the grill absorbed the impact and swallowed this dog up. you would think, gosh, this is a one in a million type thing. nope, this kind of thing happens more frequently than you would like to think. here's another one. this little white poodle mix survived an 11-mile ride between massachusetts and rhode island at speeds up to 50 miles per hour trapped in the front of a toyota camry. he's fine. here's another one, believe it or not,xd this onefá from santi chile, this little pup stuck inside the dprgrill. these guys lift the car up off the ground, completely remove
9:07 am
the bumper and gently pull this pup out. >> that's much better than the first one where they were yanking the dog outñr pie its legs. >> it's not something you practice for. it's like you i've got to get the dog out of the front of my car. >> this guy did suffer a broken paw, but pretty miraculous that he survived an impact like the other two dogs. take a ride in the way back machine to january 9th and a story i brought you after the bcs championship game between alabama and lsu. we were all pretty grossed out. you remember alabama won, and this scene in the crystal burger w]pa bunch of alabama fans heckg a passed-out lsu fan in the restaurant. it started people putting french fry boxes and food on this guy. somewhat harmless. until 33-year-old brian downing
9:08 am
came around and, for lack of a better phrase, whipped out his junk and put it all over this guy on camera. you remember this? >> how can you forget? >> as you can imagine, brian downing has been in quite a bit of legal trouble since this incident and just yesterday brian downing reached a deal and pled guilty to two obscenity charges that won't require him to register as a sex offender. however, he has agreed to a two-year prison sentence for this incident. >> two years? >> whoa! >> wow. >> one of his attorneys believed that could be reduced to nine months but as it stands right now, two years in the slammer. >> so for him he felt it was better to just do the time instead of living a time with a record of a sex offender. >> good point, nick. because brian downing has a 1-year-old son. now, this could have been a lot
9:09 am
worse if he had to register as a sex offender. he could have faced up to ten years in prison if he was convicted of a sexual battery count. formal sentencing doesn't go down until november 29th. the lsu fan has also sued downing as well as the crystal company and big easy enterprises in civil court. a warehouse fire causes one big blaze. >> oh! >> it's like a volcano! >> find out what it took to fight the flames on "right this minute." and if you're a geek and you want to propose, how do you do it? >> in 3-d. >> what? >> see how this
