was safe. as long as she wasn't injured. that's what i was worried about. >> security cameras capture a college student being -- >> rolled up, duct taped, hit way broom handle. >> now, find out who's suing whom on this one. talk about awkward elevator encounters. >> this person is like what is wrong with this guy? >> see the prank that doesn't quite pass the smell test. and get some really simple -- >> last-minute costume ideas. >> now -- [ bleep ]. >> ah, i love it. >> yeah, yeah. this is gilbert frate, and gilbert was headed to a 7-eleven to get a monster energy drink and happened to come upon the scene of an accident. a 91-year-old woman had just driven her car into a 7-eleven. as you can see, no police are there, no emergency vehicles are there. one of the employees at the store got trapped by the counter. >> is she trapped in that thing? >> and gilbert immediately tries to help. >> there you go. slide out of there.

the scenario. i was hoping when i first walked in there, no fatalities, because that car was completely almost to the rear of the store. >> what compelled you to go to the 91-year-old drive around try to calm her down? what were you feeling for this person at the time? >> i was an emt and rode ambulances for several years. so when i went to see her, it was normal for me. she seemed started but was safe. long as she wasn't injured, that's what i was worried about. i didn't have any gear with me. you just do them because you want to help other people. regardless who you are. just anybody. you go there, take charge and get it done. >> just relax. okay? help is on its way. nobody got hurt here, injured too bad, so just relax. college horseplay or bullying. you guys be the judge. this video kicking off a huge lawsuit at grandview university in des moines, iowa. you see 19-year-old cameron phagan being thrown down on to a piece of carpet, rolled up, duct

tape, hit with a broom handle and stuffed in a corner. the whole incident caught on surveillance camera inside the commissary at the dorm. the whole incident, when the carpet toppled over he fell on his jaw breaking his jaw. soon after that happened, some of the students started getting concerned about cameron's well-being, called paramedics and brought them in. cameron's attorney claims that he was picked on because he was physically smaller than the other students. cameron's attorney also claims that grandview university didn't take enough precautions to protect the common area. so kcci talked to grandview. >> we feel we have no -- in this situation, we were made aware of the situation. we responded quickly and appropriately. >> you can't really put a security guard on every floor of every dorm of every university. you have to -- these kids are adults. they're over the age of 18. you have to hope that they're act responsibly and you have to treat them like adults. >> at least one of the other defendants claims that this is

phagan's own fault saying he was involved in a similar incident a few days earlier and claims that phagan was a willing participant in this prank. >> i don't know. if he was involved in a similar incident, i wouldn't be surprised that the rest of these guys are all ready to do the same to him. >> four of the six students have left grandview university. two are still on campus but not allowed in the residence halls and phagan has also since left grandview university. some queensland construction workers building a sedimentation dam when this puppy rolled up on them. a dust tornado, or dustnado. >> i'd run into my car. >> biggest dirt devil i've seen on video. we've seen small ones in the desert nap looks like a full-blown tornado. >> said the same thing. look how it dissipates once it

bad stomach ache? >> got shot. he's 23-year-old darius leaguen, before 4:30 in the afternoon, st. joseph hospital emergency room. a gun shot wound to his leg and a cut to his arm and out there quite a whileeforize, ah, maybe out and help this guy. the crazy thing is, this guy darius is not cooperating with the kokomo police department on this investigation. so now all they can really do is look for the driver of the car who dropped this guy off. >> how did he think he was shot? just -- i don't know. i was walking down the street. >> yeah. not cooperating means, not cooperating. so i don't think this guy's giving much information. a small town gets a special appearance from some big stars. but the question is -- why? >> yeah, why. >> find out who had the crowd going wild on "right this minute." and just a normal day

marines have a tough job. we all knee. one of the most difficult tasks in the marine corps is to be a marine first combat engineer. the guy that dismantled the ieds. >> we have our husky, which can help find and detect the ieds. our buffalo, dig them out of the ground. we also use mine rollers. disposal teams to reduce all ieds. >> you may think, okay, well, that's what they do, but consider that they have to clear the mines while they're taking heavy fire. >> one-day mission, unfortunately, the area is a little rougher no you.

quite a bit of ieds and firefight. able to fight through and do the right thing. >> all trying to find a needle in a haystack and it's a needle that can totally blow you up. >> despite taking heavy fire, able toll clear the route. >> missed one. one took a strike. >> these guys are absolutely incredible. >> cannot be an easy job. got to be terrifying. had to wait for a wrecker or tow truck to come and pull their vehicle out, and when you're in afghanistan, they don't come very quickly. it took three days for the wrecker to show up, pull this truck out of the way and open the road they were working on. going to show you a couple videos where people are doing things with animals you normally wouldn't see. it's not sick. our first stop is in alaska. at the sea life center where two walruses were found in late july, and they are being nursed. >> normally, young walruses stay with their moms up to two years. these guys would have died in the wild, had they not been taken in. as you can see, they're getting lots of care. >> walruses require 24-hour care. originally four people working arranged the clock working with wallaces. right now it's at least two at all times. >> so cute. how could you abandon two cute little guys like these? deadbeat walrus mom. >> i bet eaten by a shark or something. >> walrus has a muss tach already, just three weeks old.
