oakland police had a tense standoff. police were called to a home in west oakland yesterday morning after receiving a tip that jackson was inside. nearby homes were evacuated as a precaution. several hours later they stormed the house where they believed the suspect was hold up but only a dog was found inside. they have uncovered questionable expenses billed to the port of oakland including a $4,500 strip club tab. he claimed he was doing business there. he wrote on the receipt claiming it was a dinner reception including executives from hyundai and burlington santa fe railroad. but the rail has no -- railroad has no record of them being there at that time. >> did you think mr. want was
