sc on the ground, they're shouting things up to her, like please don't be stupid, think about your relatives. but then she starts toeing the edge of the balcony. it looks like any second she's getting ready to jump. >> what are authorities doing at this point? >> fortunately, the firefighters are on their way to attempt to save this girl. you don't see it just yet. you see the one guy poke his head up there in the top left corner of the screen. she doesn't know he's up there. watch that, the firefighter on the roof gets closer and closer to her, she's looking over her left shoulder. >> oh! >> the firefighter jumps down and uses his feet to push her back onto the balcony. >> i can't believe after the initial kick she jumped right back up. >> there are also firefighters on the inside ready to grab her and subdue her after he kicks

driving for about two months. >> not exactly, the really creative part of the story is that this kid was already on community service for this incident six months ago. >> well, he's got a thing for white cars. >> he's stolen a white bmw suv, they gave him 12 hours of community service for a year. six months later he's doing the same darn thing. >> obviously the community punishment wasn't, community service wasn't enough of a punishment. >> one last little tidbit, about to be a father. >> awww. >> yeah, good kid. a beating by a new york police caught on video, is raising a lot of eyebrows. you can see two cops here, and they are talking to a man who was on a couch. he was asleep. in a jewish community center in the women's section. reportedly the security guard thought the guy was drunk.

the police are engaging the suspect, identified as ehud alevy. and at one point they tried to take him into custody. that's when things go south. he resists, he's snatching his hands back. keeping his hand behind him. one of the cops assumes a boxing stance and he punches and he keeps punching. i counted more than 21 punches. >> it didn't seem this guy was posing much of a threat to the police here. >> at one point you'll see here, the suspect takes a swing at an officer. the female officer has a stick that she is using on the suspect as well. the suspect was eventually taken into custody. as you see close to a dozen officers end up in the room. >> i don't know if i've ever seen an officer -- you saw him, he threw his cuffs down and he just assumed this full-on boxing stance and like squared up with this guy in order to get him down. that was one thing i thought was kind of weird. >> according to a deputy police commissioner, alephy was charged

with assault, trespass, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of marijuana. one of the officers is under investigation, but he's on modified duty there are reports that the man had permission to be inside of this jewish community center. however, police are saying he was in the women's section, so -- still trying to figure out what's happening there. racing on a dark, narrow road. >> loses on a left-hander, rolls down into the dark night. >> what he landed on, you won't believe. and it's the latest trend in cosmetics procedures -- eyebrows. >> they're going do implant hairs to make the eyebrows look a certain way. >> find out how much the bushy brows will cos

that one? this has been showi ibeen s up at the plastic surgeon's office way too often, lately, not the real megan fox, pictures of her, because people are really trying to get her eyebrows through surgery. >> they're going to implant hairs to make the eyebrows look a certain way? >> that is exactly correct. there's a procedure that's been around for a very long time that helps burn victims or dog bite victims, people who have some sort of medical condition that aks their eyebrow growth. so, yeah, surgeons will take follicles from your scalp and transplant them on to your eyebrow. >> there are several videos that have popped up on the web recently showing this procedure. the thing is that recently, within the last two years, that procedure has become cosmetic.

and now people are forking out anywhere from $4,000 to $8,000 for the procedure. >> seriously? i understand it's a great procedure for people who need this kind of thing because they've had some kind of injury. >> the thing is, people can spend their money however they want. it's their money, if they want to have this procedure, that's fine. it's going to be comical in five years when the trend is totally different. >> "the new york post" had a couple of photos of a before and after of this girl, and this is the before, and then that's the after photo. >> wow -- >> so it obviously makes a big difference. but also, that hair is coming from your scalp. which means your hair is going to get pretty long. can you imagine if you don't trim properly? >> are you going to tell me she's going to go all mickey rooney? >> yeah, you're going to have a full-on -- there's your eyebrows. two bicyclists were riding by this canal and they see this baby deer in the water. >> we saw this young deer stuck

and we couldn't just keep going. so we called everybody we could think of to come out. >> they called authorities. and at first, nobody was coming. but a tv cameraman finally convinced the firefighters to come out and the rescue commenced. >> they went out on a little raft. >> a little dinghy. >> it took them an hour to lasso this little fellow. >> he must have been exhausted. there was no way for him to get up the steep edges in the canal. >> when we got close to the deer, he dwot a lot of energy. >> he was scared and had an adrenaline rush. he doesn't know the people are trying to help. >> after about an hour, it finally got tired enough where they were able to capture it. and they tranquilized it to check on it and rereleased it out into another area. >> wow. i'm just really impressed with everyone that they came out and put this effort forth to rescue this deer. it's great. >> i think the deer is probably
