before crossing the street. when he got back into the car, that other car came. >> 10-33, somebody just hit me head-on. headed to emergency. >> he was hit by a driver ho eventually got out of the car and hit the car. >> okay. what happened? i looked up and you were coming right at me. you guys want to kind of stay in your vehicle? >> i tried to -- >> you weren't even paying attention, sir. i looked up and you were coming right at me. >> he says he was trying to sway out of the way, but he was coming and there wasn't even anybody in the other lane. >> how do you swerve all that way when you're in the wrong lane to begin with? >> the officer suffered bumps and bruises, and he's off work for a couple of weeks but they expect him to be back on duty. just thinking, it was all about timing. if he had dropped something or picked it up or anything else, he could have been hit by that

car walking to it. we got this story from wsb-tv in atlanta, and what you're seeing is a woman, nikel, disguised as a hospital worker and at the moment she is walking out of a room. the patient just gave birth to her daughter the day before. this woman went in, brought the baby out, and then she looks around and then puts this baby in a bag, and tries to leave the hospital. >> another shocking thing. in this moment, the woman you see now coming down the hall towards the patient room, that's the 2-day-old grandmother, just missing her. now, ballard ends up trying to leave the hospital, but here at reception, some security guards at the hospital intercept her. there is a struggle that ensues right at the front door of the

hospital, and they're able to snatch the baby from her hands. however, ball elder did escape their grasp and ended up getting in her car and trying to flee, and police caught up with her only five miles away from the hospital, and she was arrested at the time. now, this all happened back in january, but this video was just released, because ballard was just sentenced for this crime. shep did plead guilty. she will spend ten years behind ordered that she would have to face the mother. face to face, if the mother so chooses as part of the mother's healing. >> she's saying, why she did this? >> according to her story, she had told her boyfriend that she was pregnant and miscarried but had not told him that, so she was trying to take this baby and pass him off as her own. >> lie? with someone else's child? what a scumbag!

guy, i can tell you i have officially found our loser of the week, and i think you'll see why. this video is being passed around a lot on the internet. the loser, think guy here. everyone's calming him johnny football, because that's what his shirt says. this is at the louis armstrong airport in new orleans, and listen to this idiot. >> oh. you [ bleep ]. [ bleep ]. >> you hear him screaming racial slurs to this guy here. >> i was having trouble understanding. did he use the n word? >> twice. >> yeah. >> [ bleep ]. >> that guy removed his jacket. then this guy with the johnny football shirt pushes this guy and a fight ensues. >> pretty short lived. cops show up in no time.

according to somebody who saw this and posted the video, this guy with the johnny football shirt wasn't allowed on the flight because he looked like he been drinking. he got into it with the gate attendant, then dumped out some trail mix all over the place. that's when this oh jgentleman you see, that's when he told johnny football to calm down and johnny football took offense to that. that's when this argument began. after it settles down, you can hear the guy behind the camera talk to the man who was attacked. he kind of says, hey, you should have cracked that dude in his mouth, dude. >> ooh. >> i kind of agree with him. i'm disappointed he didn't get at least one solid -- in there. just to, like, calm down. it's thursday, and we've got an ipad 3, you've got a chance
