punch him. that punch, that impact fractured the eye socket of leo. leo was charged with amumultipl charges. >> he didn't even have to get into a struggle if the suspect cooperated from the beginning. >> leo is claiming that he didn't purposely spit on the cop. that was an involuntary reaction to him being choked. >> this to me looks like officers trying to arrest a potential hit-and-run suspect. this guy to me didn't look like he was complying. >> this is what leo's attorney has to say about that. >> people should comply. absolutely. and was leo an angel here in sno. but was the officer in any way professional when he strangled and then hit him in the face?

no. absolutely not. >> there is an investigation going on trying to determine if leo will be charged with a hit-and-run for that original incident and for assault against the officers. >> the police are also investigating the officer for his use of force. >> i'm going to debunk an internet hoax, a myth that's been going around for years. many of you may have seen these pictures circulating the internet for the past several years. they were taken by scientists years ago. and everywhere they popped up, people kept saying oh, look. it's a frozen wave. it's incredible. it's a frozen tsunami. they've been posted on dozens of different sites. i'm here to tell you categorically that it is not a frozen wave. it's not. >> i was very disappointed about that. it was cool to think about a frozen wave. >> it is still a very cool phenomenon. and here to tell us what exactly

is happening, what is the ice is the photographer himself. he is coming from cal tech. what is going on in these photographs? >> these pictures seem to be just iceberg in antarctica in 2002. >> what gives them that sort of wave appearance and that distinctive blue color? >> the color of icebergs has always been blue. photos that you see that are white is covered by snow. and sometimes they turn over revealing their bottom side which is still pure condensed ice. it is, therefore, blue. >> how is it that the truth hasn't come out until now? people have believed for a long time on the internet these are frozen waves? >> i have no idea myself. it's actually physically impossible for a wave to freeze at that speed. i think what makes people believe that is the general shape and color and ice forming.

>> there is serious flooding and whales in england. and our favorite rescue team at it again. this is the rescue team in north wales. you can see the water has risen so high it is just under the door knockers on the doors. but you can see this rescue team has a boat and getting a woman from the second floor to safety. so far, 900 people had to be evacuated because of the flooding. this is because the river reached 14.3 feet. usually when they have a lot of rain it's like 11 feet. so it's three feet higher than they normally would expect. >> it looks like they're rescuing a lot of elderly people.

you have to imagine that they're needing to be rescued because they can't do it themselves. >> bun guy told a local paper, you know what? they skald called me at 12:30 at and then told me i had to leave. they came back and told the people to move. i can understand why these people might need rescuing if they're calling you in the middle of the night and telling you the river is about to crest. you need to get out of here. and, of course, they are staffed by volunteers. you have to give it to them and give them a big hand. one of my favorite times of the month where we look at the winning videos from the logitech. they ask people to send in stuff from their security cameras. honorable mention here, who broke my outdoor table? was it thieves? burglars? no. this was in jacksonville, florida. it was just my 94-year-old mom. i don't know what she was trying
