in this video we're seeing the end of a police chase involving 41-year-old chrkristi nicole biggs. it went up and down the highway on november 24th. initially signaled to pull over because she a headlight out. >> and then went on this wild goose chase. we're seeing the end of it here. she's isn't-of-n the pickup tru surrounded by police cars and in

dui, obstruction, a number of things. now she's facing a slew of other charges but this video was released by davis county attorney troy rawlings, looking into whether this shooting was justified. that sheriff's deputy hwho has not been named is on paid administrative leave.
