motorcycle rider asks his buddies -- >> hey, did you see my wheelie? >> how that led to a little misunderstanding. some brand new video being released this week of a crash that happened about a year ago. this from a tv show called "top gear." it's a wildly popular show around the world. this is the south korean version of "top gear" where they're racing a corvette z 1r against a cobra ah 1 attack helicopter. ♪ the corvette wins the race but shortly after the checkered flag waved on this race, you may remember what happened. miraculously, nobody was seriously injured. the two pilots in the helicopter

treated at the scene and released. you see the reaction of the driver here. he can't believe what he just saw. >> let's go. >> do they know why it happened? >> some say there was a mechanical failure in the helicopter, others say the pilot simply lost control. here's the video i showed you guys last march of the helicopter slamming into the ground. the new video is of all the different camera angles that the "top gear" production team had of the driver, of the pilot, and of this thing tumbling to the ground. >> seeing it again, you know, it almost looked like the pilots were able to set that thing down. they did a really good job at letting it hit the ground upright. >> this video wildly viral. over 1 million hits so far. it was just posted partly cause the show is so popular and partly because this video

show what ha lotsf snow . perfect time for a good old-fashioned snowball fight, 2000 students at boston university had the same idea. looks like a lot of fun except for this guy who is getting chased by a police officer. watch this? >> what? >> guy with the camera follows and we see this student presumably down on the ground being arrested by a police officer. allegedly, he threw a snowball at the cop. >> oh. >> it's dark, everybody's wearing dark jackets. maybe he thought he was part of the snowball fight and didn't do it intentionally. >> you could think that. some commenters are saying the cops were there and said don't throw snowballs at us and the guy heard that and threw a snowball at the cop. >> the poor guy's face in the snow. >> he is face down in the snow for quite a bit of time. >> his face in the snow for like [ bleep ] ten minutes. >> the officer doing the arrests do get out a flashlight. some thought it was a taser.

this guy was, in fact, not tasered in this incident. >> what a drag. all kinds of students going out to have a good time and turns into this. >> you don't throw a snowball at the police, you don't. why were they in the middle of it? it seemed to be benign from the video we saw once the chase started. >> the reason the police were there, snow plows were called to clear the snow out of this area so police were called to tell the students to leave so the plows could come through. you can hear as they lead this guy away, a lot of jeers, boos, from the crowd. the boston pd captain says this guy will be charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assaulting an officer. >> with a snowball? >> i don't make the rules, gayle. the police do. most of us know by now winter storm knee mo hit the eastern seaboard over the weekend. people without power. some people decided to make the

best of the snowstorm. the folks from the youtube channel mkdevo decided to set up a time lapse of the falling snow which is pretty darn cool. they took a photo every 30 seconds and you see the snow building up on the roads. people come out shoveling up their driveway. it becomes night and as you can tell the snow is still falling. >> cool point of reference, keep your eye mailbox because that's where you can really see the level of this snow. that mailbox is almost buried by the end of this thing. >> as the sunrises you notice the entire neighborhood is basically a winter wonderland. >> and the east coast, this is what they have to deal with. >> all these people probably wish they could work in time lapsed speed. >> for another creative video, thanks to winter storm nemo, this guy, named brian maffitt, decided to make something beautiful out of the snow. what you're looking at is the falling snow and brian took a video projector, pointed it out his window and projected a movie on to the falling snow. and this is what it looks like.

and pulling her, she drags her over to this cab. tries to get in it. the cab is like no, no, no. >> the weird thing is like they seem like they're friends. >> you know, she knows her name and she's like telling her to stop. what is going on here. >> the girl in the blue ends up falling. >> what? >> on her butt. >> oh! >> dang. >> she's got her caveman style. >> eventually, the security guards do come. they apprehend the blonde and the brunette is able to walk away but the strand of her extensions in her hand, mind you. >> look at that, you can see her holding her hair in her hand. >> they did come out. >> they came out. >> when you walk away with your hair in your hand it's been a bad night. >> did your friend say this was the better show than the grammys's. >> i love the thr guys, four guys got their cell phone videos out. whatever situation they were coming from could have been worse than they were in now. maybe she's rescuing her friend

back, pretty big fish. i think they'll be eating for days. oh, boy. >> police got to the scene of this fire in depere, wisconsin, before firefighters did and you can see the front of the place seems unharmed but you can see the fire on the right side of this building. i mean it is fully involved. now you notice you have several cops on the scene. watch these cops on the left side go up the stairs. one of them has a sledgehammer. you can instantly see what they've done. look at the dark smoke start billowing out the left side of the house. >> knocked the door down with the sledge. >> that's all from right where they came from and they don't have equipment to deal with that thick smoke. >> they immediately run down the stairs after they use the sledgehammer to create some ventilation but this fire is just growing and it is fierce. as soon as the firefighters get to the scene and as soon as the hoses start going, they start tamping this fire down.

i have a couple videos showcasing the best of the worst drivers out there. you may remember this guy. we've mentioned him on the show before. he's called the black devil. here he is in a porsche turbo suv driving like a maniac through russian streets. he's posted many videos over the course of the last few years on his youtube channel. apparently his luck has finally

run out. reports say that russian police have caught up with this guy. they claim that he's a 22-year-old college student driving without a license. >> oh. >> and didn't bother using license plates on his motorcycle or his truck. >> probably deliberate because if he did have them, they would probably find him a lot easier. >> how did he get caught, because of the videos? >> no word on how he got caught but police are going to use these videos as evidence. >> i wonder if police are sitting there with a checklist, running a red light, all right. >> you have 72,000 tickets. >> but if you think that's bad, let's go on over to this guy. i showed you a video similar to this about a month ago. his name is giorgio. i remember you guys gripping on to your chairs watching his video as he drives crazy through the streets. watch. >> oh! >> what is he doing? >> oh, geez. >> oh, my goodness. >> makes my stomach hurt.
